My lending rep Andrew deserves 10 stars:)) He walked me through the entire process, kept me up to date on each step of the process. Very responsive by phone, email and texts:) Although I wasnt approved through the company he works for I was qualified through an alternate lender. I would use this service again if I was qualified through this company. The alternate lenders tend to have astronomical interest rates and a daily pay.....

I've ran several loans thru this company over the years and have had zero issues. Their rates are not "bank" rates nor are they "pawn shop rates," and they fall somewhere in between but more on the bank rate side.

As for issues... I've had none, and you will have none as long as you fulfill your obligation. Just pay your payment and enjoy the fact that a company is there to extend to you money to run your business. All in all its a good thing. They fund and with each laon the rates get better. I like that a lot. J.A Indiana

Personnel very helpful and experienced. Our unusual type of business probably caused more confusion and delays than normal. Took a little longer than presented at the beginning. Still, it was acceptable and we would probably return to Lendr if and when we need additional funding in the future.

Andrew is the man and so is this company 20 stars :)

Fast Simple Honest!!
Very simple and painless application process. Representative was very professional and fully disclosed all terms.

Well, I am changing my review again. The Lendr representative called me once again, I explained the situation and that I never received any further follow-up or the promised refund. He said he would pursue the problem with Merchant Direct and he sent me a gift card for my troubles. Merchant Direct quoted fees on their official forms and then withheld a different amount - and the Lendr rep said that the fees were already subtracted from my loan proceeds - so they should never had taken any fees.
I feel Merchant Direct really doesn't care about my opinion nor any future business, I guess they figure I will forget about it after a while. I hope the Lendr Representative will be able to pursue the deceptive practices of Merchant Direct. I feel that since Merchant Direct is the broker, that their practices do reflect back to Lendr. I hope they are able to stop this in future dealings for other people.
I would gladly give Lendr more stars if they could really have some influence over Merchant Direct.
