Worst online company ever! I ordered 4 items for a wedding only to get a note from Royal Mail that Oh my lash hadn’t paid the correct postage for it and I needed to pay extra to get my parcel. I tried so many ways of contacting oh my lash but there’s no customer service number and any email addresses either are no reply emails or no one responds. I haven’t had my refund back for the order i NEVER received. Avoid this rubbish company at all costs!!

I ordered 8 boxes of SOULMATE CAT EYE FALSE LASHES, but I only received 4 boxes. And I tried to contact Customer service by email twice over last 2 weeks, but never had responded
