Horrible scum company. Beware of your and your people health. I got delivery of fake 'Golden Red caviar and after opening the can was just puke out. It was a Horrible stench and something messy and mushy inside the can. Sorry, I am Russian and I know how a Real caviar looks and smell. Even our dog started howling when we did try to make him sniff it.
Never by anything from Lemberg. Scum company. And after my complaint they dared to offer me 20% off for my next purchase.
I will bring this product to the lab to discover the full extend of the danger.

I purchased 4 jars of caviar as i do on a monthly basis, several times of which have been ordered from Lemberg.
Last month, I received caviar that had gone bad. I contacted Lemberg the same day of receiving it to inform them that it was mushy and foul smelling.
They replied advising me to send in pictures of the caviar as proof to which I done. They then replied saying a "caviar specialist" advised it looked normal! and advised that if i wanted a refund I must return the jars unopened. They knew the jars had been opened as they asked me to do so in order to send them pictures of it! they advised I can have 10% off future purchases as if I would want a future purchase.
Do not use this company. Although they may be slightly cheaper than others, you're not saving when they send you out all your caviar that's not obtainable and customer service is not willing to help.
To tell a customer to send pictures of the caviar then refuse a return if the jars are open is nothing less than disgusting!

I ordered 1kg frozen caviar, it came full defrost and I can’t frozen it second time ( you can see it on the package: ones defrost, don’t freeze it again)
Another thing- black caviar came with end off the date only 1 month!!!! I left complain by email. A manager answered, that it was my choice. Really??? It was my choice to order a caviar with soon expired date???? Never again!
If I can detached photos from all items, I would do it. But here is no opinion

Ordered keta caviar and it was inedible. Quality was bad, lots of eggs were burst and it swam in lots of liquid. Then decided to give it another chance after half a year, have ordered keta caviar again and it had such a bitter taste, had to throw the whole half a kilo can away

We have been ordering caviar from this place for a long time, always choosing the same type - sturgeon. It used to be quite good, but lately, the quality has gone downhill. The last time we ordered, we decided to try black caviar, which turned out to be decent. However, the red caviar was absolutely terrible. Half of the jar consisted of burst eggs leaking some unpleasant liquid, and the smell was off-putting. It was completely inedible-we ended up throwing half of it away (we ordered 4 types, everything was really bad). Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying red caviar from here anymore. The quality has become unacceptable.

Заказывала икру 18.11.2024 на сумму €1315.90 , почти через месяц ожидания и куча емайлов , начали процесс разборки, куда пропала икра, пообещали ,что в течение 10 дней деньги вернут, UPS пишут, обращаться к отправителю. Сегодня 16.01.2025 деньги никто не вернул, на емайлы не отвечают, дозвониться не с Германии им невозможно.

Awful customer service. Ordered twice, first time my order was in transit for 11 days and I refuse delivery, the second time I waited for it to be dispatched for 5 days before I phoned and rude owner cancelled my order for no reason. Avoid at all costs

Bought 2 Autumn sets, order shipped to Italy (order nr 1383). Spent 260 eurs for the two. What I got was disgusting mushy Platinum Gorbusha, miserably tiny Keta or something similar (I know real Keta eggs are 4 to 5 times bigger). All eggs are old, shapeless, lots of liquid inside, very salty and clearly no fresh raw materials were used. Very, EXTREMELY, disappointed. Requested a full refund, waiting for the company's reply.

We ordered several cans of caviar, it came quickly, the cans were cold, in insulated packaging and the caviar was very tasty.

I ordered caviar twice
Each time it was delivered the next business day, packed well with ice bags.
The prices are quite fair and sometimes it is possible to catch a promo or discount.
Will be buying again, thank you guys!

I £500 for ‘Osietra’ and received soft chewy old tasteless fish eggs. I spoke to Vladimir to complain and he said it wasn’t lumpfish as I’d thought, and that noting was wrong with it but offered a refund anyway. I never received his email with the return shipping label. He said I could buy his best quality Royal Amur and get 1kg for £500. I jumped at this offer, thinking I’d be refunded for this first order of rotten fish eggs. My second order of caviar arrived 4th January 2024 and is also the same disgusting product. I have posted a review for that as well. This company is clearly a scam now and are mopping up whatever ill-gotten gains they can from u suspecting customers. They started out well, are relying on their good reputation but are now scamming people out of lots of money. I’ve now lost £1,000 altogether. They should close down their operation before someone reports them to the authorities.

The pink Salmon caviar is cheap, buy its reflected in the quality. Each can looks like a Caviar soup inside, very liquid with lots of burst Caviar grains. The only reason to buy is a low price, but if you want to enjoy the Caviar itself, better to shop elsewhere. The do have issues with the delivery, mainly because they are using Royal Mail that doesn't deliver on time.

5 star customer service, had prompt reply to my queries as well as offered solution to an issue with my order that was caused by Royal Mail delays. Biggest thank you to Vladimir who has supported and provided with overall professional communication.
The caviar is high quality, previously used to order same from Germany, that is not any longer possible due to Brexit, so was happy to find out that can order from Lemberg.uk with 2 days delivery and for really good prices. Highly recommended!

I placed the order on 15 Dec 2022
And paid extra for next day delivery,but haven’t received anything yet.
Contacted the company directly by phoning them and unfortunately didn’t get any help or solution.
They promise to call me back but haven’t received any calls yet.
Arrogant self-satisfied scammers !
