My order took forever to come, it was damaged and then the ordeal of trying to get a refund instead of a credit note was ridiculous and their items aren’t cheap! They firstly said their email system was down for two weeks and then their PayPal miraculously stopped working. I was ignored through text, and had to chase daily on WhatsApp to even get a response. Awful service!!

Shoes are in perfect condition delivery was super fast, couldn’t recommend enough! (Glad I didn’t read the trust pilot reviews before purchasing!)

I contacted Leicester grails via email twice and a WhatsApp message, after a week after ordering my order still hadn’t been dispatched. These were all ignored and then I managed to contact someone via Instagram message who informed me that my order would be with me the Tuesday after (almost two weeks after order date) and then the day before they were due to be delivered it was been cancelled , due to no stock ?! This order was a Father’s Day gift which I then had very little time to reorder in time for delivery. I feel that this could have been mentioned to me in my earlier conversation that they did not have the stock to complete my order instead of holding on to my money for over 2 weeks.

The customer service needs serious improvement as I have seen other reviews which state it is almost impossible to speak to anyone regarding an order.

It has been over a week and I have not received my trainers or a dispatch email although the money has been taken for them. I have also had no reply to my email querying my order and I have no way to contact this company. May have to reach out to my cc company to have a refund.

Still no trainers over two weeks later I had a delivery date and time given and still no delivery. I have asked the company to contact the courier as they may have gone missing in transit but I have not had a response to various messages I’m so disappointed and will need to get in contact to get my money back.

I paid £15.00 for next day delivery, but it hasn't been shipped 5 days later. I've emailed them asking where it is and no response. I emailed them again and asked where it is and to refund me the £15 delivery fee, they refunded me but didn't reply to my email. So I've emailed them again saying thanks for the refund but can you reply with a timescale of when I'm going to receive my order... Still no response.

I am in love with my Jordan's. Super quick delivery and 100% genuine trainers (I was a little worried as I was not purchasing from Nike directly).
Only 4 out of 5 stars because I didn't receive a reply to an email about how they sized.
They are quite snug, so I would go half a size up in future.
