Placed an order 10 days ago no response to my email texts or Instagram
This is my sons main present and I’m so worried, the lack of communication is awful I just want a refund so I can buy elsewhere and get these bought in time 😭 Leicester grails reply to your customers!!!

I am trying to get a response from this company I placed my order last Friday it says they will dispatch between 2 and 5 working days . Nothing has been dispatched yet no answer to my emails or WhatsApp messages , it’s making me very nervous now about what kind of company I have placed the order through. Please just reply to your emails 😡!! I am going to leave it another 24 hours and one more email and then if no response I will be contacting my credit card company!

Placed an order over a week ago and the order was confirmed and money was taken from my bank account straight away. Then received another email to say the order had been cancelled as they don't have the stock but the item was on the website for £80 more. I have emailed and contacted on whatsapp to no reply. No idea as to how long I will receive my refund. Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic company, ordered the product for next day delivery and it came next day! High quality at a lower price than many other websites. Fast communication with seller replied both to my concerns on size via email and Whatsapp.

Do not order from here. I placed an order over 14 days ago. I have not received an email confirmation or any delivery details. I have tried to contact via WhatsApp, phone call, Instagram and their online contact form and had no response. I’ll be surprised if I receive the order let alone a refund. Awful company, horrendous customer services!
