Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition)

Ho acquistato il software Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) insieme a un laser scanner, ma l’esperienza è stata decisamente deludente. L’utilizzo del programma è molto lento, con continui crash e chiusure improvvise senza alcun messaggio di errore.

Nonostante i tentativi con l’assistenza, non è stata fornita alcuna soluzione ai problemi riscontrati (il software è stato installato su un PC costruito appositamente per farlo funzionare). Inoltre, una volta scaduto il CPP (contratto di assistenza), non rispondono nemmeno al telefono.
Suggerimento: DA EVITARE (ad ogni aggiornamento si creavano ulteriori problematiche nell'utilizzo)

Ho acquistato un accessorio per il disto il 20 febbario, dicevano consegna in 24h, ma a distanza di oltre 30 giorni, non si vede nulla, altres' il telefono è sempre irreperibile

inaffidabilità aziendale

sono l'ing. Gioacchino Tricarico da Terlizzi (BA). A fine 2020 ho acquistato il Disto Leica S910. ora é morto pur avendolo utilizzato con ogni cura. l'anno scorso l'azienda ha rifiutato la sostituzione per scaduta garanzia. Una determinazione scorretta in quanto è evidente che lo strumento aveva un difetto (occulto) di origine. Leica in questo modo manifesta apertamente la sua inaffidabilità

Leica Disto D510

Da felice possessore di un Disto A5 comprato nel 2007 sono diventato un infelicissimo possessore di un Disto D510. Praticamente prima le batterie duravano 2 anni, adesso circa 3 settimane/45 gg. Bisogna andar via con le batterie altrimenti a metà rilievo si rischia di rimanere a piedi e anziché essere un alleato di lavoro diventa una preoccupazione! Rimpiango tanto il vecchio disto che purtroppo si è rotto dopo qualche caduta... Downgrade Leica, non so se prenderò ancora loro prodotti.

Broke one month after warranty expired

I bought a Total Station in value of around 10k€.
After a year and one month and total work of 10 hours it broke. The value of the repair is around 2k€ for 10 hours of work.
Just one month after warranty expired.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. The process to purchase a BLK2GO ($60k) was very awkward including a direct wire through emailed info on a pdf. I was promised to be put in touch with someone who would help walkthrough setup, they unfortunately were too busy every time I attempted to contact. I did end up figuring out their proprietary software (Arduous licenses as well) I noticed a pattern of every step in the Leica ecosystem is both glitchy/hacked together feeling and only works 70% of the time. Nonetheless this is new technology so I built systems with these deficits in mind.. Right at the one year mark the unit starts breaking down. I go back and forth through email with service department who after much confusion and three or four separate people involved, let me know unit must be shipped and serviced at my cost with an expected 9wk wait time. I had just renewed licensing of their software and was concerned about paying for software I cannot use and without a unit. I requested a loaner unit so work could continue. Silence. I requested ordering a new unit. Silence. I requested anyone speak with me. Silence. I truly wanted to like Leica. Instead I've now explored all the other options. I think we'll go with Z+F or Foxtech. Even if their products were inferior, at least when it breaks I know I can get another one..

rugby clx 700 doesn't pair with combo…

rugby clx 700 doesn't pair with combo so I sent it to service in Romania. They couldn't fix it and sent it to Germany. after a month I got it back and it wouldn't start. I had to pay over 200 euros for shipping, even though the device is under warranty. I sent it to Bucharest again, they sent it to Germany again and they sent it to the factory because they couldn't repair it. it's already been over a month since I sent it in for service for the second time and over 3 months since I can't use the device and I still don't have any answer. emails are answered very late and no one knows what the status is

Grim Customer Service
I purchased an upgrade for £29.99 on the app only to find my Disto is incompatible and I needn’t have bothered. 6 emails and counting and no response in trying to get a refund. Shocking customer service from what appears to be a big multinational company 👎 Any ideas who else I can take this up with???

poor service

back in 2001 i bought my first instrument from leica and after a very short time there was a problem with the resection program.leica at the time said that what was happening couldn't happen but i insisted they look at it . they had the instrument for a number of weeks and as i hadn't heard anything i looked at a trimble at told leica i didn't want their instrument any more . but due to the time they had the instrument i had gone over a time period and was told if i returned the instrument it would cost me £1000's. needless to say i kept the instrument and did so for another 16 years only having an issue 1 more time during that period . i never did get an answer to my first issue but after a while i figured out what the problem was and learned to live with it.
since then however i bought another instrument the TS15 and Cs15 logger. i was advised to take a a blue ccp contract which was supposed to cover servicing ,calibration and if things go wrong . this however is not the case as it appears now all is covered is a service/calibration . a short while ago a key was torn off the keypad (seemingly not very robust) and this cost over £500 to replace. a short while after this and with hardly any use of the instrument the scrren de-pixellated which i think is due to the keypad not being replaced properly. but gues what leica want another £400 to fix it and they also want to supply me with a new pen and screen protector. they want to charge me over £15 for the screen protector when i can get 2 for the price of £3.09. so i am being overcharged by 5x. firther more when i purchsed this instrument i paid for number of programs which start to get expensive and it turns out that 2 of these programs either do not work very well or do not work at all. regarding the latest repair i was also sternly told that if i didn't accept their estimate i would be charged a fee anyway. leica are all about charging customers over inflated prices and offering poor service. a number of companies i have worked with recently who spend a lot more money than me with leica have also witnessed the poor service and condescending attitude of leica . this company do not respect their customers and should be penalised for this because i amsick to the back teeth with their attitude

Leica Disto 3Da

My friends got me a Leica Disto D3a laser tape for my birthday. First couple of months it was OK, to be honest it was pretty impressive device. Then it messed up just after guaranty expired. Turn itself on and off, never measure correctly etc. I live in London and naturally thought there must be a service point for it somewhere close by. Of course not, the nearest one is in Milton Keynes. By the way even finding that information took me a week after sending couple of emails to Germany. They asked me to post the device to them which i did. 5 days later they send an email saying there's nothing they can do for this device but they can offer me 2nd hand cheap one as a favor. By the way they didn't say anything about the problem, simply they can't do it. It doesn't even has a single scratch on it, as good as the day I received it. Nor the device, nor the brand, I wouldn't recommend it at all.
