Watch never arrived, emailed support they didn’t help at all. Emailed again for a refund twice and i’ve been ignored.

Bought 2 watches for Xmas 2011. Arrived a couple of days after placing order. Excellent value, couldn't find price match anywhere. Son and nephew love them as they can change the face and add bits to them. Ordered another one early January as sons friend loved it too. Would definitely buy from again. More than likely will get girls one for daughter for her birthday or Xmas this year.

Fantastic service
Very happy with the service provided. I needed a clock asap as I had forgotten to buy a present for my friend. They processed and delivered the clock the next day! Truly excellent service.

Refused to sell to me!
Bought 5 of each watches on sale and was told I couldn't buy them because I had a company. T´hey did not even bother to check if it was for private use and when cancelated did I have to file a paypal claim to get my money back that they had already charged my creditcard!!

I apologise for the inconvenience that you have experienced.
Firstly we did check to see if your order was for personal use as the following is stated on your website ‘brick4you.com’:
“Visit our webshop klodskassen.co. uk and find the largest and best selection of LEGO for a great price. You'll save easy 20% to 50% on a large range of LEGO sets - more than 800 different sets in stock. Order desired LEGO sets on web shop and have them sent directly to your address for $69 by purchasing up to $1,200 or completely free with the purchase of $1,200 or more.”
This clearly states that you operate as an online shop, it is also stated in our online terms and conditions that we are unable to supply products to business and the reasons are explained clearly.
Secondly, on the 16/04/2012 your company bricks4you.com placed the following order on legowatches.com:

We cancelled and attempted to refund your order on the 16/04/2012 and emailed ‘administrator@bricks4you.com’ at 15:29 explaining the reasons as follows:
“Dear Morten,
Please note that we have refunded your order from our website www.legowatches.com.
All orders sold from www.legowatches.com are for personal use only and are not intended to be resold.
If you wish to be a distributor of our products, please send your contact details to us at accessories@clictime.com or fill in the distributor form at http://www.legowatches.com/become_distributor.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

We were then notified by you that our system did not automatically generate the refund as normal on the 23/04/2012 at 18:36:
“It's not enough to send a credit memo by email, you need to refund the payment as well if you don't intend to send the order I placed!
Payment has not been refunded to my paypal account or creditcard used.”
On the 24/04/2012 at 09:25 we issued the refund immediately and also sent the following email to apologise:
“Dear Morten,
Sorry the minor oversight on this matter. Your funds have been refunded to you today.
Kind regards,
Customer Support”
I would ask that you retract your negative feedback as we have always acted in good faith. The delayed refund was due to a system error and we have apologised for this and have fixed this error in the system. We have also passed your details onto our distribution team who will be in touch regarding the supply of products to your business.
