Don’t buy from this company the owner rejects your warranty is horrible and my scooter came with sandwiched disk brakes and delivery was late.

I've used LeEco-Riders twice now I bought an engwe c20 pro and a gogobest gf700 both bikes are great and had no issues with delivery which only took a week. I find it best to go through a uk dealer... Mehr ansehen

Dreadful no conscience middleman

I used LeEco-Riders as they are based in UK and wanted to avoid any nonsense from China as I had chose to buy my first Ebike for my 50th birthday, the bike I wanted was the Fiido T1 Pro.
However the experience has been dreadful from both LeEco-Riders and Fiido, the first bike took 2 and a half weeks to arrive and was damaged beyond riding as the front forks had taken a serious impact in transit and had been bent inward.
I then contacted Lee at LeEco riders who seemed put out and palmed me off to Fiido technicians who then tried to blame me for the damage! The whole situation was dreadful not to mention the texts from China at 2am in the morning, I also had a bike packing trip planned which had to be cancelled because of this.
It took another 3 weeks of communication with Lee from LeEco riders who had to be prompted every time to get any response and wasn’t very helpful at all to get the first damaged bike picked up which was a nightmare in itself and arrange for a new bike to be sent.
Lee really didn’t want the hassle of this and tried to get me to accept some new forks from China and fit them myself! Not that buying a brand new bike for £1300 mattered!
This went back and forth for weeks and I also had to deal with China as Lee apparently couldn’t be bothered to help a dissatisfied customer with this!
Lee was not forthcoming with any information and had to be chased up every time and I got the impression he just doesn’t care about customer satisfaction as he is just a middleman and wants your cash, absolutely dreadful.
Anyway eventually got another bike sent which took ages and when that arrived that was also damaged! But as had taken 3 and a half MONTHS to sort by now I was totally broken by the experience and the joy of getting my first e-bike was ruined.
The one time Lee did message me was to tell me the first bike that I sent back he quickly replaced the forks and sold to a very happy customer! Shame you didn’t offer the same service for me.
This is a very shortened explanation for this transaction as so much went wrong and I would be here all day.
Lee is just a middleman who doesn’t care about his customer satisfaction and can’t be bothered to address any problems when they arise, he just wants your money,I have brought up the question of compensation due to the cancelled bike packing trip, the length of time it took (3 and a half months) the texts at 2am in the morning from Fiido not to mention the stress that it caused to both me and my partner but he has just ignored me! So that says it all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I was a nightmare customer who messaged him everyday but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
He just doesn’t care, he only cares about the money.
DON’T use LeEco-Riders unless you want a terrible experience. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve had in 50 years so save your money and time and go elsewhere.
I’ve reported Lee from LeEco-Riders to trading standards so let’s see if that gets a response.

David did sadly receive a damaged bike the first time around and we offered him all the support he needed including the replacement part that was damaged and very a nice compensation sum.
The damaged part was easily replaced in 10 minutes but David refused the part and compensation, and wanted a replacement bike.

We was happy to send David a replacement bike but that’s when things got difficult, it took us around 3 weeks to get the bike collected by the courier as it all had to be on David’s terms.
The bike was left in the garden in a cardboard box for 3 weeks in the rain before it was collected.

We then got a replacement bike sent out to David, who could not use it because he went in to hospital for minor surgery.

David has since repeatedly harassed us with long emails demanding compensation because he couldn’t use his bike, after telling us that it was because of his surgery.

David has to be the most difficult customer who I have dealt with in 5 years of running LeEco-Riders.
I hope David doesn’t put anyone off from using our small business with his attempt to get the bike for as little as possible and leaving small businesses massively out of pocket.

Customer Service could be improved …

Ordering and communication great from Lee. Upon opening the bike there were two scratches on the bike this did not affect the workings . Contacted Lee sent photos and then heard nothing

No way a hit .

The purchase including the delivery of the cycle went very well. It was found that due to the design of a shock absorber system. In the saddle design the minimum height of the saddle is limited quite considerably. When requesting assistance regards this . The company apart from making a statement that all this range of cycles had the same minimum adjustable height gave any solution. I was able find a solution to this problem myself.

It's a great company

It's a great company. You order the bike at a market beating price, they tell you when your bike will be delivered for free (within a week). And then on the appointed day it turns up...that's it and this is why they are outstanding, simple really, they do what they say....

Brilliant service and communication.

I had tried for weeks to order the bike direct from the manufacturer and they kept changing the delivery date by several weeks. I found LeEco on-line but they were also out of stock. I sent a short email asking them to text me if they get any in stock and I received an immediate response agreeing.
I received two emails from the manufacturer saying the estimated delivery date had been extended again but 2 days later Lee got in contact to say he had 5 bicycles in stock. I canceled my order with the manufacturer and received my bicycle 1 week later. It was even £17 cheaper than direct from the manufacturer. Brilliant service and exceptional communication.

Ordered my bike on a Saturday, delivered on the Tuesday morning.
Only managed a couple of rides so far but WOW, performs absolutely spot on.
Got all the features you could ask for. Thank you Le-Eco Riders for supplying me an excellent product.

Wonderful family company and a…

Wonderful family company and a pleasurable experience in getting my first electric bike. Delivery took a couple of weeks, which is understandable. Great communications and first class service in arranging the delivery. Oh and the bike is fantastic too. I fully recommend LeEco-Riders; go with them and not the so-called big companies, you won't regret it!

This is my 2nd purchase from LeEco-Riders. They provide a fantastic service, even the after service is great. They are quick to answer any quires. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase an electric bike from them

Awesome shop to buy from, my first order was because of an error on the website, so this seller came up with a good compromise and I’m over the moon with the transaction and bike I bought. Will be recommending to all my mates.
