Tee has been a key excellent agent throughout our process it wasn't an easy process as we struggled to find the right fit for us but she didn't stop at nothing to match us with the perfect home .She is kind and she has made the process easy for us thank you Tee and thank you leaders ,this is our second time renting with leaders and it has been a lovely journey.

I had a chat with Ella regarding looking for rental properties for me and my family. She was so helpful, she explained the processes and showed me some lovely options !

We have been landlords with Leaders (previously Lanes Lettings) for more than thirty years and feel that Chloe Keeping as the new property manager for our property has the interests of both the landlord and tenant at heart as she resolves issues. Our transactions have been carried out in a friendly and efficient manner.

Chloe was a massive help to me last year in getting my shower replaced. It had been an ongoing saga with previous individuals in the same post failing and allowing the issue to drag on for well over a year. Chloe was empathetic and always going above and beyond to try and help. She even tried to call a helpline which required you hold on for ages!

Chloe is quick to respond to messages that I send and even when I’m not a gracious as I should be (no fault of hers, just frustration at the situation) she remains calm and composed and always manages to find a solution. I’ve had many property managers since living in my existing rental, and none have given me the same care and consideration that she does. I’ve owned property previously and am now renting as an interim, and there is a certain stigma that goes with that sometimes, and property managers can make you feel like you shouldn’t be raising issues. I hope Chloe stays in post for some time. It’s always a pleasure and never a worry to mail her 🤗

Just over a week ago I was looking for a flat to rent (on behalf of my daughter). I happened to pass by Leaders and walked in: Ella M. was holding down the fort on her own at the time. After some 5-10 minutes of conversation she had looked up at least 2 properties for me to consider. I couldnt get to see them until an hour later though, because no one else was around to take me there. I volunteered to sit it out for an hour. However, Ella showed superb iniatiative by coming up with a plan to take me to the two flats earlier by an alternative arrangement.
During the visits, she was very pleasant, friendly, informative (as I was new to Redhill) but highly professional in her demeanour, and efficient with giving me just the right pieces of information that I'd told I was looking for. Ella is a thoroughly valuable asset for Leaders, and I would have no heistation in recommending her as someone to work with when looking to either find a flat to rent or as a landlord wanting to have someone work with me finding a tenant.
Thanks you very much for all your help Ella just when things were looking desperate at my end in the search for a flat!

As a landlord it has been a terrible experience with Leaders. Weeks goes by without any contact despite numerous requests. I am now on my 4th lettings agent after less than a year and a half. Things take ages to get done and consequently the property has suffered damage. Just terrible customer service. If you are a landlord I would advise you to avoid at all costs!

One star is generous. As a landlord I have been trying to get my lease extended but although they are quick to get money no service and lack of response. Will definitely not sell property through leaders
