Harsimran, our property manager, is fantastic! Our inquiries are promptly addressed, and any necessary tasks are completed with remarkable speed. We're extremely pleased with the service! :)

Harsimran is brilliant, I had no hot water or heating and she had someone over in the next hour! Brilliant service by Harsimran. She makes us feel comfortable when reporting any issues to her. Best property manager I have had. We are very happy tenants!!

I’ve been with Leaders for a number of years now and have in the past been frustrated by changes of Property Management personnel. Fortunately, on this occasion, Harsimran stepped in just at the point of the tenants departing and has done a great job of organising cleaning, painting and repairs. All done swiftly and with minimal fuss despite several changes to requirements along the way. My thanks to her for her cheerful perseverance in getting the property swiftly back on the market.

Shocking renting a house where the maintenance as never been address. Ceiling falling in to the kitchen that's never been up dated. Mold in bedrooms where there's children with bad asthma. Front door that's not got adequate security locks. Porch that's rotten rear garden that needs a tree surgeon with overgrown trees. The list goes on.

Eliza has been absolutely brilliant! She attends to matters straight away. I am happy she is managing my property, a big thank you to Eliza!

Harsimran has been reliable and responsive dealing with council and magistrates to achieve resolution. Big improvement from Leaders having a designated property manager who is capable of dealing with issues as they arise.

Daanish has done great job in fixing Tiles and Dishwasher issue. He was very prompt in his response. Thanks Daanish for all the help.

Three Years of Frustration - Leaders Letting Agency Falls Short

I find myself compelled to share my disheartening experiences after renting a property through Leaders Letting Agency for a lengthy three-year period. Despite my extended stay, it's unfortunate that the agency consistently fell short in providing the level of service and support that my family and I expected.

Upon moving into the property, we faced numerous challenges. The apartment was not clean when we moved in, despite our expectations for a hygienic and habitable living space. This initial setback was just the beginning of our ordeal with Leaders Letting Agency.

Throughout our tenancy, we encountered a multitude of issues with the property that remained unresolved for extended periods. Notably, we experienced a broken heater, which left us using portable heaters for warmth, even in the coldest months. This issue persisted for an astonishing 10 months, significantly impacting our quality of life.

In addition, a malfunctioning toilet that couldn't flush was left unaddressed for six months. The unhygienic and inconvenient nature of this problem is difficult to put into words and was incredibly distressing for my family.

One of the most staggering issues we faced was a charge of £1,300 that was transferred to my account. This charge was attributed to a previous tenant's usage and had been reported in 2020. Despite our efforts to explain and resolve this matter with Leaders, it remained unresolved, and the issue persisted into 2023. This financial burden left us bewildered, and it reached a point where we had to seek assistance from the Citizens Advice Bureau to find a resolution.

What's deeply disheartening is the apparent lack of responsibility and accountability demonstrated by Leaders' representatives, Abby and Matthew Westland-Tritton Despite repeated attempts to communicate these concerns, we felt unfairly treated as we were left to shoulder the financial and emotional consequences of these issues.

In an effort to find resolution, we reached out to Leaders' manager, Molly, who kindly tried to assist. However, it's unfortunate that the issues could not be satisfactorily resolved, leaving us to handle the repercussions alone.

Molly explained the agency's reliance on the landlord's authorization for taking action and clarified that the timing of resolutions was dependent on the landlord's responses. While this explanation sheds light on the situation, it does not diminish the ongoing frustration we endured for the duration of our three-year tenancy.

Our extended stay with Leaders Letting Agency only amplified the disappointment we experienced. The combination of unresolved issues, inadequate cleanliness upon move-in, and the lack of responsibility on the agency's part made our experience truly challenging.

I wouldn't wish this kind of experience on anyone. Therefore, I strongly advise against using Leaders Letting Agency for your rental needs.

Leaders Milton Keynes are the best estate agent I have encountered while renting a property. The staff are always polite, friendly and happy to help in anyway they can even if it mean. I would highly reccomend them.

Have recently left a tenancy ran by Leaders Milton Keynes. Was an absolute pleasure living and dealing with them. Daniel Dixon was my property manager and was spot on, kept me informed when needed, helped out a lot and dealt with issues promptly and fairly. I must admit, I was anxious about leaving and Daniel certainly helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend them.

My tenants have recently moved out leaving the house absolutely filthy with trashed appliances and about 2 skips worth of rubbish in the garden and garage I am not giving Leaders 5 stars as I think this property
should have been checked more thoroughly but I am giving their employee Daniel Dixon 5+ stars as he has been absolutely fantastic with sorting out this mess his communication has been amazing thank goodness I was lucky enough that he dealt with everything with brilliant advice and all handled very efficiently! thank you Daniel

So me and my misses found the perfect house for us to move in as we need to size up as we have a toddler.
When the estate agent showed us the house, we have noticed that one of the garages was full of furniture and landlords stuff, the annex was same, full of items that doesn’t belong to the house, the driveway was not finished, some slabs where just thrown there( not safe environment for my son),gate not working, they didn’t even bother to empty the trash bins… We clearly specified that we want everything removed as we want to use the entire space (thats the reason of moving!)
We have been told by the agent that the landlord said its ok, he will do everything when he’s coming back from holiday.
In this entire time(2 weeks) we kept calling and sending emails because they didn’t update us, they just wanted us to sign the contract
We paid the holding deposit and gave the notice to our current landlord, waited for the landlord to get the house ready, when today we received a phone call saying “unfortunately the landlord doesn’t agree to do anything, so he doesn’t want to proceed “
So now we are left homeless with a 9 months old, have no where to go and low chances to find something acceptable in 15 days.
We realised that the estate agent told us lies just to make us sign the contract, so they didn’t even inform the landlord what are our requirements, lied to us that he agreed while he didn’t even knew.
Luckly we didn’t sign anything
Please avoid this company, you have been warned !

Annalise Collins, who manages my property is ever so reliable and verry responsive to my queries. I will continue to use Leaders to manage my property.

Beyond collecting rent and depositing same in one's bank, Leaders do little else well. They don't attend to repairs in either an efficient or timely manner and seem wholly incapable of reading E-Mails beyond the first sentence. Routine legal requirements like gas safeyy inspections that they should just take care of they don't . When it comes to dealing with problematic as in non-paying tenants they are not only utterly useless but compound matters by refusing to comply with GDPR rules regarding sharing of information with a landlord. Avoid these guys if you possibly can.
