The team are customer focused. I received a warm welcome from Megan when I walked into the branch for the first time. When showing me round a property, Megan was very attentive and explained things clearly.
Millie did a super job of arranging viewing and taking care of things after the viewing.

What do you have to do to get your deposit back from Leaders.
You agree a return deposit value (nothing disputed) and it’s confirmed the money will be returned to you in 5 - 10 working days in December 2025. Roll on to Feb 2026 and still no deposit refund.
Made an official complaint to Leaders and they plan to respond to your complaint within 20 working days (that’s a month!).
Been continually told money is on the way but as far it’s not turned up.
I’ve been treated appallingly and insensitively as my poor father passed away and he was their ex-tenant. They even chased my late father for rent he didn’t owe after his death. Leaders have caused me severe stress at what is a very difficult time.
I have no option but to go down the county court route to get what’s owing to me.
Quick enough to take your money but when it comes to paying it back out again it’s a different story!
There seems no one within the company can own a problem. No one seems cares and we have just been ignored. Lack of communication and the inability to pass things on and up the management ladder.
I would never recommend Leaders and warn others to the way we have been dealt with. You have been warned!

I had previous experience with Leaders as a renter in a different town so I was apprehensive when I first booked a viewing through them. However, my experience so far has changed my perception totally! From first speaking to someone to book my viewing, to then meeting the agent at the viewing and taking me through all the process, I have felt respected and heard as a tenant and that my interests were also protected, not just the landlord's.
I especially have to mention Kat, who from the first moment she was really friendly, warm and very helpful with answering all my questions and putting my requests forward to the landlord. She has kept me informed and regularly updated throughout the process of renting. I cannot recommend her enough!

Leaders Haywards Heath have been first class in successfully finding us an appropriate tenant, within days, for our apartment. From Kat coming to see our property to finding the right tenant, to the point where the tenant has now moved in, she has done a fantastic job. Also ensuring all checks and necessary paperwork completed. Kat, Jayne and Bradley are a great team, always helpful, assisting us along the way. We have no hesitation in recommending if you are looking to let your property that you get in touch with this office, as we could not be happier with our experience.

I have no hesitation in leaving a 5* review for Kat in the Lettings Department. From the beginning Kat was helpful, polite, easy to deal with and always so cheerful. When Kat wasn't available, both Lily and Bradley were just as helpful and polite. If you have a property you want to let or are looking for a property to rent, Leaders in Haywards Heath has to be the agent to go to.

What happens when you wake up to no hot water on Saturday morning of a holiday weekend? Leaders will tell you to Google the phone number of the plumber that Leaders sent earlier to put in the thermostat and call them. The plumber responded (thank goodness!) but they said I was the first tenant to ever call them out for an emergency; their instructions always come from Leaders. I think this is what happens when repair reporting is all done online--there are no people to talk to at Leaders Property Management when you have an emergency. All communications from them came on text message and replies were cut off after they told me to "Google the plumber's phone number."

I deal on a regular basis with the office in Haywards Heath as they rent out some properties for me. As a landlord it can be stressful when maintenance needs to be done but I receive excellent service from Jayne Brewer. She has the best understanding of what both tenants and landlords need and always actions matter as quickly as possible. She is a pleasure to speak to and I cannot praise her highly enough for the excellent work she does

Lily at Haywards Heath leaders has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has kept me updated throughout the whole process and has always been so friendly. Would highly reccomend leaders in haywards heath if your thinking of moving.
