Leaving a review as I made an appointment accidentally and then needed to cancel the same day I scheduled. I followed up promptly within minutes and the appointment was more than three weeks away. I requested to cancel and a refund but was denied citing “ you are not eligible for a refund.” Sounds arbitrary and like code for retaliation. If I don’t receive the refund of $610 in a timely manner as cancellation has been provided within ample notice, I will proceed with a formal board complaint and will explore all available options. As someone very familiar with the healthcare ecosystem (in which a 48 hr cancellation window is considered is standard), I can recognize this request is completely reasonable as there is more than ample time for the clinician to “fill the slot” if needed. Seems the intent is to punish and harm which goes against the ethics of practice and therefore is a violation of professional conduct. After some back and forth and when I threatened a complaint they offered a “courtesy refund” and stated “ You will need to find care elsewhere in the future.“ So denying care due to a valid request for a refund sounds like retaliation to me. Good thing I didn’t end up meeting with these “providers” or becoming a patient here as I can only imagine how they would be as an actual treatment provider based on this negative initial experience. Lastly, I’ll add that this review is written by someone with a professional clinical license and supervisor status on top of it so this is comes from my understanding of professional code of ethics. I wish to warn other clients.

I have been seeing Kristin through Lbeehealth for therapy for the past several months and it has been a truly amazing experience. She has been so kind, empathetic, and helpful in my healing journey. Her guidance has helped me set clear goals for myself and I can confidently say that well-being has improved thanks to her support.

I have referred clients to this Lbee for ADHD and autism assessments and have received positive feedback about their experience. They are known for providing inclusive, affirming care that supports diverse identities, including LGBTQ+ clients. From what I’ve seen, they create a safe and respectful space for individuals seeking clarity and support through the diagnostic process.

I highly recommend this practice. As a clinician I can refer to this place in confidence for my clients looking to get assessed for Autism/Adhd. They also offer a variety of virtual support groups that are accessible for many individuals.

My daughter has been on disability for many years. I had been researching avenues to help her when I found LBee Heath. She had never been assessed for autism despite my efforts. I had always been told girls don’t have autism. She agreed to the assessment and now we both have answers. The assessment process seemed easy. The assessor was kind and the report did make sense of a lot of difficulties past therapist had missed or outright denied. I am hopeful the sensory program can help my daughter.

I was able to book, have the visits, and get my report in time to get documents and support for school. I recommend it to anyone who can't get in local - including my brother.

I did an assessment for autism in February and another assessment for ADHD in April after attending many groups last year. I have had very bad empierces with assessments in the past and went to these assessments not really excepting anything better. What I got was so much better than my past empierces. The assessors, both psychologists, listened to me and didn't judge. I wasn't forced to make eye contact. Both psychologists validated my feelings and fears. I received results 7 days after each assessment. The results were well written and personalized. I took the assessments to my therapist and he thought they were thorough and did well and distinguishing between the symptoms of ADHD, ASD, and PTSD. I was able to get accommodations at my university and have continued to attend support groups. I have attended groups in the past and always felt out of place, but in these groups, I get actual support and feel better after them. I will continue to attend groups and look forward to other services that might be added in the future as I feel LBeehealth finally offers helpful support that is affordable.

I had a great experience with my assessor. I was already diagnosed with autism but went to LBee health for ADHD assessment. I was unable to complete the paperwork before my assessment and easily rescheduled my appointment. The assessment itself was very thorough and was able to distinguish between my autism, PTSD, and ADHD symptoms. The report was well written with recommendations for treatment and I was able to get medication from my psychiatrist based on the report without any difficulties.

Used group support while my long-time therapist was out on maternity leave. Loved the open environment and the chance to be vulnerable with a group of compassionate people. Will use group support services again.

I was blown away at the level of care and efficiency/professionalism of the LBee team! Their telehealth services quite literally saved my life. Liars, money grubbers

I took the ADHD test prior to the appointment, then the doc just read off the same questions all over again, no discussion. Transcribed my answers incorrectly, some exactly opposite of my truth. Monotonous speech pattern, totally flat affect, did not try to make me feel comfortable at all. When I emailed further info it was not included in the report. I don’t understand the results. I don’t feel I got a qualified test.

Inefficient and rushed experience. It's like the person doing the assessment didn't have enough time to do a thorough analysis. This is supposed to be affordable but it's just a money grab. They don't care about you they are just trying to get that shit over with.

This was one of the most emotionally damaging experiences I’ve had while seeking care.

I reached out for an autism assessment with honesty and vulnerability. I expressed myself clearly, asked questions, and tried to understand the process — all in a respectful way. Instead of being met with compassion, I was removed from care with no conversation, no warning, and no effort to support or accommodate me.

The message I received was cold, dismissive, and filled with gaslighting language. I was told that the very way I communicate — which is exactly why I was seeking an assessment — was the reason I didn’t “fit.” I was punished for traits that align with autism, and then made to feel like I was the problem for advocating for myself.

I’ve never felt so invalidated and emotionally unsafe in a healthcare setting. If you are neurodivergent or someone who communicates differently, please protect your heart and proceed with caution. This place is not trauma-informed or inclusive, despite what they claim.
