Loved this website and clothing that they have. Got two items and couldn’t be happier (the jacket and the blouse). The quality is amazing and the designs are beautiful. Highly recommend.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
They are definitely a SCAM. I ordered because they look like high quality clothes. Received order late, date kept on changing. Received emails saying sorry we will offer you a free gift. I received nothing but a damaged dress that had a stain on it and looked like it was already warn. I emailed the customer service they said send it back w/ tracking for a full refund with shipping. This is what I got

Ordered shoes from this website they cost $80, described as leather, received today and they’re very light, definitely not leather, feels more like plastic. The size is also tiny and doesn’t fit atall. Very disappointed

Lattelier is a scam store. They have not refunded my money. Respond with a fake automatic response. Now sending scam sale emails with cheap photography every day with a different gmail account of sales. I'm getting harrassing emails from a different GMAIL account every day (that they'll keep for 24 hours) but says from lattelier. Now after being ripped off of nearly 200.00 they are going to send me spam with a different email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL MAILING. They are spam scam chinese company.

Another Chinese brand pretending to be based in NYC. The piece I ordered was ON SALE for $92. It arrived after three weeks despite the 7-10 shipping promise. I realized it was coming from China when I started tracking it. That wouldn't matter if the brand did not actively advertise "being from NYC" which to me justified the high prices because rent here is bananas. The piece was FINE, for $30. Cheap material, basic construction, fake pockets, refuses to unwrinkle. INFURIATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From start to finish my whole experience with this place has been a complete nightmare. Ordered a coat online after seeing it on their Insta page, my money was taken prior to dispatch. On dispatch I found the tracking details to be fake - they stated Hermes would be picking up my order in the UK, but failed to provide international tracking information until I constantly chased them hour by hour (I too got the 'people on holiday for Chinese New Year excuse as others seem to have had). The international tracking information wasn't real time - so I assumed that was non legitimate. After several days my order arrived, the quality of the item was really poor and the packaging was absolutely dire - not something you would expect for a £220 item. The nightmare then continues - I emailed their service@ email address explaining that I wanted to return the item for a refund as I was dissatisfied with the quality and fit. No response. I posted on Instagram regarding their lack of response - my comments were deleted. After several days of constant chasing I received a reply asking my reasons for return (which I had already stated) - but no instructions on return procedure which I asked for (again!). Several days later (after chasing via email and Instagram) I received an email stating I had two options - one to return for a credit note and one to obtain a refund - again I stated I wanted a refund - but still was given no instruction on return policy. They said by return they would provide instructions - well that was days ago and I'm still waiting. I have filed a complaint with Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau as I have no confidence that even if I did return the item that I'd get my money back. PLEASE do not buy from this company - it's a complete scam. I am now working out ways to expose this appalling place so that others don't fall into the same trap

Terrible quality, asked for a refund. Was given very specific information, with terrible customer service about how to get my refund (after paying for return shipping). Followed instructions exactly, tracked the package, they never refunded my money. Then they ghosted me. No phone number for follow-up. But they won't respond to my emails.

Scam site with products from China, not from New York. Even the models on the website are photoshopped, not real photoshoots.

I couldn't get my order, the e-mails weren't answered and their transport company Yunexpress also ignored inquiries, I lost 97Euro. Another Chinese scam

Lattelier is a terrible retail site. I ordered a purse in October, it took six weeks to receive and the quality of it was awful. I requested to return it by email, was given instructions, then had to pay full price to return it. I sent it out October 27, 2021 and still have not been refunded my $139. Emailing the company is futile. Lucky I paid with my American Express - getting them involved. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE!

I just received my beautiful black rhinestone boots from Lattelier. They arrived a bit late (due to COVID) but I absolutely love them! High quality, lovingly packaged and wrapped. This store is legit and the quality is excellent!

Their customer service is always available and nice. But the problem is the company overall. I had a very painful experience with the order (no mention of a delivery date, it changed every time I spoke to call center, wrong information input on my address slip, etc..). I never got to see the quality as I asked to stop the shipping and get the item back. They did it and said they’d reimburse me. I hope they will …

The product was in cheap Quality and was totally diffrent then advertised. The whole returning process was a total scam and after having to send it back on my own expense, they even only gave me a return adress in chinese letters.

Awful quality, the coat I ordered looks nothing like the picture, except maybe for the color. Looks like a garbage bag. They say it comes from the US but I received my package from China. I am extremely disappointed and sad, as I really loved the coat on the website image.

Waited more than a month before I received a pair of boots I ordered. I’ve worn them maybe 10 times and the sole and heel on the boots have fallen off 😅 poor poor quality. I can not recommend. I was fooled by their ad.

I placed a order for a dress on May 25, 2021. I never received the dress and they will not refund me my money.

I love this website, the logistics very fast, the styles of the clothes is amazing.
