Last year I purchased a pair of loafers they were not my size, customer service overall was 10/10 I got a gift card, I wasn’t able to purchase the same shoes because they are out of stock, so today I got a different model, hopefully they fit and they are comfortable. But overall my experience with lattelier has been 10/10. Thank you for understanding!

Clothes came a month later than expected wrinkled and dirty.

One thing stood out and that was when 1of my orders wasn't available. The Lattelier Team reached out to me with options. My reply was quickly answered. I appreciate that.

Shopping this site is always simple with no unexpected waits. I am generally in a hurry. Their quality is spot on and their reputation is outstanding

DO NOT purchase from lattelier. They are a scam. I placed an order two weeks ago and never received a receipt or shipping notification. I reached out to customer service via email multiple times and never received a response. There is no working phone number.

This company can improve by issuing refunds! There was one thing I wanted at this store, it went out of stock after I ordered(???!!!), No one got in touch with me, I chased you down a few months AFTER the performance I ordered it for only to continually chase you down for A YEAR after that asking for my money back to which the only response was "we can't(by the way how awful is it for your employees to constantly have to talk rage cases like me down) here's more money to spend at our store" where there is literally nothing else that I want. You know what would be divine is for you to send me my money back after reading this so I can buy the wig I wanted for yet another performance but can't afford, because I take purchases of this size seriously because I have no money. In THAT case I would come back to this site and leave a glowing review. This has been the worst, I hope blazer set catches fire on the way here cause I didn't want it anyway.

`they try to spam or phishing with this mailadress pretending to be post.nl.. want u to pay 4.80 euro. i did sent this mail to the right place on post.nl they handle it further. be warned. was a almost perfect page of post.nl....PostNL Support

i did sent it to the fraude team they will do all they can with ip adress and and info from mail i use some programs and know when and how to look into a fakemail, a header tell a lot

I placed an order, received an email with confirmation from lattelier, received a confirmation of my payment from PayPal, and then received a second email from lattelier telling me that my cart was still full / I left things behind. What is going on?!?! Did my order go through or not? This is confusing and conflicting and does not instill confidence in me to order again.
