For two weeks I have been emailing this company for instruction on how to make a return. There is NO phone number or address for returns. I send emails that reply that they will reply within 24 hours and nothing! There is a link to chat that does not work. This company is shady! I will not do any other business with them!! I am contacting my attorney and the BBB

Being a first-time buyer with Lattelierstore, I found their website easy to navigate when choosing from their extensive product range. Goods just arrived and I'm extremely satisfied. Sturdy frame, UV tinted, extrememly individual & stylish. So, if you want glasses that enhance your uniqueness, I highly recommend products from the Lattelierstore.

I think your return policy is appalling. If you take your time answering a return request, the time expires on the return and the consumer is stuck. Awful way to build trust.

I love the selection at this store, but more alternative payment options would be cool for some of the more pricey items.

Lattelier took more than three weeks to deliver my order and they sent one wrong item - a dress instead of a shirt that wasn’t even the correct size. When I first emailed them about the problem they told me to keep the dress (wrong size that I didn’t even order) and they would ship the shirt, which by this time would have been at least 6 weeks after my initial order. I just asked for a refund on the shirt and it’s now nearly a month after that and they STILL have not refunded my money. Horrible experience

The coat is beautiful and I hope it truly is when I receive it. The only issue is that I would have liked if I could apply the ‘Sale 40’ discount as it was only days previously posted.

I reached out regarding order I needed to combine. Or cancel. Still no word

Website is difficult to navigate, not very responsive, and things can’t really show in or out of stock properly, this will be my second time purchasing, hopefully the same thing repeat itself
