If I could give 0 stars then I would. The 1 star is purely for Dianne and the reception staff being as helpful as they couldn whilst my fee earner Helen continued to ignore me.
I have now had to change solicitors due to their ignorance, lack of response to myself and the builders and them not meeting deadlines or listening. Disgusting service would never ever recommend to use. I was chasing a contract pack for 6 weeks and they still wouldn’t return my calls despite explaining it was a new build and needed to exchange earlier than the usual time period. Fell onto deaf ears. Never been so messed about it my life! As a first time buyer this company have added so much unnecessary stress.

I really appreciate Amir and his team to be so dedicated and transparent with my purchase from auction. Despite an extra costs involving source of funds, i had nothing else to complain about. My service delivered by Latimer Lee cannot be fault at all. They were approachable, Amir updated me all the way till end and the great thing is that I spoke to him personally which other solicitor won't do. I know they are busy and can be difficult to get through sometimes but try a other off peak hours always managed to get through. A great team and has shown professionalism in every aspect of my conveyancing. No fault at all. If I were you.. will use them again and again..Big Thanks To team ..MNR Housing ..

Beware!!! Taking out a "free will" with this lot will ultimately cost many thousands, they appoint themselves executors and then not only take MANY months to sort the will they charge you £10 to lift their bum to pass wind. If selling a property is involved they force you to use an estate agent which is owned by a family member, an estate of £200.000 will cost you approx 10-15 thousand pounds for the "free will" LEGALISED ROBBERY

Avoid - with the pandemic I chose to use an online solicitor rather than local, big mistake! Slow is an understatement, I started a simple transfer of equity in November 2020 and as of now just about to enter April 2021 it's not completed. The original solicitor stopped responding to emails and no longer works there, there is no point of contact. I had to contact land registry and my mortgage provider off my own back as they hadn't filled out a form but refused to take ownership of the delay. I have now just spoken to a rude woman who was laughing away at the situation. A query from the land registry came in 2 weeks ago and all I was told was its waiting for a senior solicitor to review it ring us back in 2 days to see if we have done it or not we're too busy at the moment. Added to this I was told my application to the land registry is about to expire soon but not to worry! I will be contacting the SRA as others have suggested.

I wish I could give no stars. Horrendous. Never respond to emails nor phone calls. Absolutely disgusting and I have no idea how they are still in business.

Awful experience. May be cheap but it is better to pay more to avoid this dodgy solicitor. Dont answer phone calls or emails and dont seem to care about completing any work. They caused the sale to fall through as they wernt sending through any work to the buyers solicitor.

I chose this firm for the sole reason that they offered a very competitive quote. Prior to instructing them I carried out my due dilligence and was aware that they had numerous poor reviews. As I was only looking to have two unencumbered properties remortgaged I thought it wouldn't really be a problem if the service was poor as it wasn't like the sale could fall through or be compromised as I was only raising equity. How wrong I was.....It has been 6 weeks and since sending the initial documentation back NOTHING has been done which is confirmed by their online case management system. It is extremely difficult trying to even get through to the firm let alone somebody who is dealing with the matter. I have left numerous messages and e-mails over a period of weeks asking for an update after receiving nothing over the 6 week period and none have been even acknowledged let alone responded to.

I have even e-mailed the complaints partner who hasn't had the courtesy to respond. I am a professional property investor and have used many firms for 25+ instructions over the years, this firm really is unique, I have never experienced such poor client care. I have now instructed another firm who will complete the whole transaction from start to finish in less time than it has took them to review the initial completed documents.

Avoid at all costs, you have been warned.

Horrendous. Don't return calls or emails. Sale fell through due to buyers solicitor not being able to get a response and buyers got fed up of waiting. Asked for additional funds for paperwork to complete (not in initial quote) and 5 months later that money has not been sent to the third party (despite being told it had). If you value your emotional / mental wellbeing and family time then avoid these at all costs. Upon taking legal advice elsewhere, I am now spending more time reporting to the legal ombudsmen.

very poor service from the start, if I could give a negative rating I would. it took far too long to sell some land to our neighbours and it felt like I was doing most of the work by chasing them. They were one of the cheapest around but I would have rather spend twice the amount to get the work done much quicker. Avoid at all cost!!!
