Item purchased: wearable breast pump (sometimes referred to as discreet duo)
Do not waste your money on this item.
The item worked fine for 2 months, until I had to replace a part. I replaced the valve, which is normal. However I have since had to replace this part frequently, every 1-2 pumps. Some of the valves have even arrived faulty (although this is often not clear until they are in the pump). In the month of September I have used around 10-12 valves.
Company refuses to replace unless they are unopened and has not acknowledged that there have been faulty parts, despite multiple emails. This has been very upsetting and has added unnecessary stress. I am now in a situation where I have to buy a new pump, despite only using this for 3 months.
Very disappointing, especially for a company that claims to be focussed on supporting females.
Save your money, buy a different pump.

Great products for breast feeding and postpartum, the wearable breast pump was easy to use and ideal for pumping on the go with a newborn. We use the Lansinoh bottles every day and the breast pads, balm and maternity pads were perfect for after birth. Can’t recommend enough!

Looked into the brand for their nipple balm (which is as great as everyone says!) and ended up getting loads of other things too.
Really recommend the nipple balm, breast cooling pads, perineal oil and nipple pads.
Also want to recommend their breast pump as mine lasted me two babies, both babies were combi fed and had no problems with their bottles/latching either!!
Don’t hear many people talking about Lansinoh other than for their nipple balm but I’ve loved everything.

Just another money grabbing company happy to monetise difficulties women experience trying to feed their babies. I bought the pump, and several replacement parts, and they aren’t cheap and returns aren’t accepted either. Consumables which quickly wear out are charged at £20 a piece, £25 including shipping, and they last two weeks if you’re lucky. I recently enquired about such consumables because they weren’t on the website. I got informed they’re out of stock and won’t be available for a month. As an exclusively pumping parent trying to breastfeed this basically means an end to pumping and feeding my child. It cannot wait a month. No apology, no understanding at all. They wouldn’t even offer a replacement part which might contain the bits I need since it’s their fault for running out of stock. Mums, please avoid.

I purchased a double wearable pump, and unfortunately, it’s been an expensive mistake. After just a month of use, both pumps consistently leak despite my best efforts. I had read reviews mentioning leaks but assumed it was user error—so I was meticulous: I followed the instructions, exactly and ensured everything was completely dry, and sealed the cups carefully. Still, the product leaked, wasting precious milk and leaving me with soaked bras.
Initially, it worked fairly well—I could wear it in my bra, move around, and it collected milk quickly and I was happy. But after about a week, the problems began. It started leaking badly. I resorted to placing cloths under my bra, sitting perfectly still, even holding the pumps in place with my hands, and it still leaked. I was constantly changing bras and wasting time trying to collect enough milk to fill a bottle.
Worse, this failure made it harder to get the help I needed with feeding—it completely defeated the purpose of buying a wearable pump.
To make matters worse, customer service has been non-existent. Phone calls go straight to voicemail with no reply, the online contact form doesn’t work, and I’ve received no response to emails.
While the pump looks sleek and lightweight, its obvious all the design went into appearance and not function. it’s simply not fit for purpose.
Non-existent customer service
I ordered £119 worth of Lansinoh products that were delivered to the wrong address by Evri. Evri have been reasonably helpful but have said that I need to contact Lansinoh to resolve the issue. Lansinoh have not replied to multiple emails and the phone number provided takes you to a message service which they haven’t replied to either. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and short £119 which is an absolute joke. Avoid buying from Lansinoh as it seems from other reviews as well that the customer service is absolutely woeful.
Good item, good company, shame about the delivery company used
The order was sent quickly and no issues with the seller.
My only issue is the delivery company. Evri were used and they are the worst. I have previously had parcels lost by Evri. When I saw the email with tracking info from Evri, I felt some dread.
On this occasion, they delivered the parcel yesterday but they did not knock the door or try to deliver it through the letter box - they put it in my outside 'shed'. I only knew it was there when I checked the tracking today.

I have a wearable pump that is faulty. I have tried to contact by phone, instragram and online but no one has helped. Only receive automated responses. It has been used less than 1 month. Very let down from customer service.
Avoid!
Placed an order. Received confirmation. I was told it had been dispatched. Then i was provided with a tracking number that is not recognised by Evri. AVOID.
Order not arrived
Ordered the postpartum kit. DPD stated tried to deliver but didn’t. When I try to contact lansinoh the number won’t work, you have to leave a message and when I use the email function, no one responds. The customer service is the worst I have encountered. Would not recommend this brand based on this alone

Ordered my breast pump on the 18th August and still have not received it.
Have been told by the customer service team via email that the parcel has been dispatched and should have been delivered yesterday. I have asked for a tracking number but it is not even recognised by the courier.

Ordered pump valves which I’ve never received. Money has been taken and no response received from customer service. I like the pump but the service has been awful.
The only bottles/ teats for breast fed babies
My 6 month old refused every bottle (Mam, TT, Nanobaby); having used the online midwife chat service we ordered the fast flow teats & a bottle & he basically took to it straight away from my husband & after a week or so from me too. Fantastic bottles etc, can’t recommend more highly.
