Very disappointing customer service and return experience.
had a very poor experience with Medela and would not recommend ordering from them directly. After purchasing order 116146, we tried to return or exchange the item, but customer service never replied to our messages. There does not appear to be any clear alternative way to complete a return or exchange if their support team does not respond, which leaves customers completely stuck.
It is extremely frustrating to buy from a company and then receive no support when you need help after the purchase. A reliable company should make returns and exchanges straightforward and should respond to customers in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all.
Based on this, I would not recommend Medela. If you are considering buying from them, be aware that getting help with a return or exchange may be very difficult if customer service does not respond.
