If I could leave no ratings I would,sat here for 3rd time appointment re arranged,3 days unpaid from work waiting for a bunch of Muppets clearly no customer service skills to ring or send a message to say not coming to locate a burried manhole I knew nothing about that is blocked with tree roots and needs bricking to level of ground,my wife is disabled with a chronic illness and this stress is making her very poorly, waterboard keep chasing but no one cares,us little people clearly don't matter

Omg two amazing guys called Chris and Mark attempted to come to our house last night 10/12 road was so busy that they had to come back. kept me informed by text all the time arrived back later very professional and so so helpful thanks for clearing my drains it didn’t take them long at all obviously knew their job inside and out. Thanks guys one happy customer

Engineer arrived on time and promptly identified the issue with our blocked toilet. Using his camera equipment he was able to see the problem and very quickly remove the blockage. The engineer was careful, polite and cleared after him. All done and workingperfectly in half an hour. Great Service.

Just had a blockage cleared by John… professional, polite, really cared about not making too much mess. Drain was cleared and couldn’t be happier.

Jamie Lashbrook at the Plymouth depot was an absolute star getting a CCTV drains survey booked in and reported in just over a week. Selling properties is stressful and when buyers are being picky this report provided the reassurance that was needed that there were no major issues.

How does anybody get hold of this company? They don't respond to emails, their phone sends you round in circles. It's infuriating.

Needed a drain clearance on Bank Holiday Sunday - great service arrived within an hour and all sorted - highly recommend and would certainly use again

Frank, from the Bristol depot, was fantastic: prompt, courteous, careful, and made sure the job was done efficiently and completely. No corners cut; just brilliant.

Dave and his colleague arrived from Manchester and went straight to work on a task at my mother's home in North Yorkshire. Explained what they needed to do to replace very old drainage pipes and worked solidly despite the 28 degree heat. A really neat and efficient job. Polite and tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Frank attended us today and went above and beyond to help us!!! Last guys just plunged and left but he made sure the problem was solved. He is a credit to your company and if we have ant issues again we want him to return. Impeccable work ethic and knowledge is amazing

On Saturday 2/8/2025 we had a very unpleasant drain issue. Steven arrived at our home, and he assessed the situation. Steven was very polite, reassuring, supportive, and helpful. Steven worked endlessly and never gave up to finding a solution to resolve, what proved to be a more challenging situation than first appeared. Supporting and resolving our neighbours issues too. Steven's work in resolving our issues was examplary, not only with his professional knowledge and 100% commitment but also his people skills. Steven is an absolute credit to himself and your company.

I would like to leave some brilliant feedback for Steven he came out on Saturday to sort my neighbours drains through the man hole and my was effected too he was from Manchester depot Van pack. He was so helpful and stayed until the fault was resolved so patience and policy and did everything he could to get the fault fixed. He was excellent…. Can’t thank him enough

Steven and Joe were great today. Polite, friendly and hard working. Having managed to get the drain partially flowing again, they didn’t give up and tried different ways to eventually clear the roots that were blocking the drain. A great job well done through their perseverance and ingenuity in sorting out the problem. A credit to your company!

I can't speak highly enough of the Glasgow depot. Especially JP and Alan. Since they came on to EDC framework they have made a big difference. They go above and beyond in all works required. Recognition required also to the operator Daniel who carries out most work for myself on their behalf. Reports and works are first class. Preston depot were superb to deal with. Initial contact was with Vicky and she was great; polite, chatty yet professional. Peter came out at the agreed time to do the survey. He explained the process and the findings clearly. I received a quote very promptly from the office and the repair was scheduled in. There was a hiccup on the scheduled day due to someone off sick. Resceduled for the following day and Peter came out to do the job. Again very professional and informative. All round great service. Well done.

The guy who came to us, I think his name is Callum, was amazing. His work ethic & work rate is 2nd to none. Nothing phased him, even though he was with us at 10pm on a Saturday night. He left us with the work being completed & left the area in a perfect clean & tidy state.

Initially it took quite a while to get a quote from the Derby branch, charged £180.00 for the visit to provide this quote. The job was done at a massively inflated price of £900.00, took less than 3 hours. Have had drain issues since, phoned on at least 6 occasions, always promised a call back, never got one, More recently emailed the company, still no response. Company seems to have big communication problems.
