Complete scam. Tried to email to complain and get my documents and the return email address was shown as not valid.
Incredible that the Government has not moved to have this site taken down

I would have given zero stars if I could. Not sure how I fell for this one, but avoid. There is no contact number and they certainly don't respond to your emails. You pay your money and get nothing back ... However, I paid by credit card so I was able to dispute the transaction and get my money back that way.

Nothing received online. I wasted £17.95 . I wish I had checked them out. Obviouslt NOT official copies. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I paid £3 through the land registry and then saw (its not an official copy). I need an official copy. I tried online without checking. My mistake.

As With many folks on here, this company is an overpriced scam. Paid my money and got no documents. Do not fall foul of the top billing on google.

Received 1part of documents paid for 2nd part ( paid for not received) as it says they will post
But not anywhere can you supply details to them and their email adds a hyphen to make contact address useless
contact details vague - not land registry - my mistake
Tried all modes of contact - no reply at all and only spurious email addresses to reply - have reported to all usual authorities .

Ordered title and plans on 3 Aug. Paid 29.95 and have a receipt by e.mail. Then....nothing!
Tried a follow up email and still nothing.

I am usually very careful but on this occasion I went straight ahead without checking this company out. I'm now £14.95 worse off. They are very clever in that they have a phone number and an email address which you can use to contact them. You just never get a reply. The Gov.uk site only charges £3 for the same service and you get the info you've paid for in moments. More fool me for letting my guard down.

Rip-off. Pay to be top of the searches whilst they masquerade as an official website. Small print at the very bottom says they are not. Don't waste your money.

Sorry to say but this looks like a scam and I have fallen for it.
If you’re not a scam then why do you not respond to any emails even after weeks and weeks of having the money.

This is such a scam - why didn't I check on Trust Pilot before clicking what looks like a Government website and then ordering details for £14.95 and getting no response. My brother said it cost £3 but landregistrysearches.com kept coming up first. Ugh

£14.95 down the pan. I got the information i needed for £3 from the Gov website in the end. These people should be shut down. The lesson here is to review the company before buying anything. Not happy

Like others, I feel scammed and mis-led. Paid them, and then received no response to multiple emails. No telephone number available. They misrepresent themselves, whilst Google continue to put them at top of the search list.

Scam!!!
I’ve just finished conversation with my bank, replacing my card. Not only do this f…..s take £29.95 from my account, but they also set up a subscription for future dated payments ( my bank informed me about this). So avoid if you don’t want unnecessary headaches.

Complete scam. Pretending to be Land Registry. Paid £29.95 in April. No response. Emailed twice still no response. Phoned the genuine Land Registry only to find I have been dealing with an imposter.
How are these companies allowed to continue scamming people?

Like so many other people, I never received my requested information although the money was taken.
No response to my emails so I fear I have fallen into the same trap.
How I wished I also had read the reviews first

The response did not come within the timescales therefore i got all paranoid after looking at reviews on here about being a scam. The report did arrive the next day as requested. This is not the official government site as it clearly states on the the webpage and as a result costs more but it is not a scam so do not worry

This company is a SCAM! Steer clear.
I thought I was getting access to house title deeds via the Gov.uk website - immediately contacted my bank upon realising that this company charged me twice. And 10 times what it costs on the govt website - which is just £3! Apparently the company is based in Darwin Australia. Needless to say they've provided neither the deeds nor a refund. Wish I'd checked the reviews first....

Further update - having complained I have had an email from the company saying they'll refund me. Nothing received from them so far...

Unfortunately I fell for this scam , wish I had checked it out , total scam . Money taken and nothing received .

Update , the fee has been refunded into my account .

This company appears to be an outright scam. Where it says "terms and conditions" there are none.
It also says if you have not received it in the specified time scale, check junk and spam folders. There is no specified timescale mentioned anywhere.
The e mail addess on the receipt is just a series of nonsensical letters and numbers
