Like many others I mistakenly used this company rather than the official uk government site and one month on from paying for my order I have still not received it or had any replies to my chasing emails. Now reclaiming through my credit card supplier - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

There doesn’t seem to be an option for no star!! This company is extremely poor, I ordered a title plan and register on 9th Oct 25 but had no response from them, despite numerous requests for an update on my order. I have now raised this dispute with my bank who have issued a refund to me and they are investigating with the company. Please don’t use, only use the official land register which has gov.uk in their website address

DO NOT USE A SCAM as others have said I did not realise I was using a third party I paid £24 on the 1st of December received email receipt nothing after that rang Durham Registry to find out I had been scamed by third party company needs to be shut down ASAP

I think it's a scam site. DO NOT USE!

I ordered and paid for deeds, waited 6 weeks and followed up. Waited a further 4 weeks and still have had no response at all. There is no phone number for this site to be aware.

Scammers. No response. Have instigated legal recovery via my credit card company. Sigh.

Unfortunately I was in a bit of a hurry and didn’t check the reviews first , I just saw the website for title deeds and other services, I paid £24 which I know now is over 3 times what I should have paid via the Government website , it’s over 2 weeks ago now and nothing ! I have emailed a number of times but like everyone else I am not getting what I paid for or a refund which I’ve requested

Total scam!
Money taken nothing provided in return and silence when contacted to complain or question.

If I could write a zero star review I would. I’ve been charged and received nothing. Will be contacting my cc company to try and get my money back (£50 worth of searches).

We used this website to find out the details of a covenant that was not on the title plan or the title register. After paying the £29 fee and waiting 10 minutes, as stated, we had received nothing from them. We then checked the reviews and felt like we had been scammed as others have said. To my total surprise, we received the information requested from them the following day, totally comprehensive report and we are delighted. Our experience has been very positive, regardless of other people's experiences.

I think it's a scam?
I placed an order for title documents a week ago on line. Paid £24 and nothing has been received. I've emailed multiple times with no reply and still not had either the documents or a refund. No contact details provided on the website apart from an email which they clearly don't reply to.

I paid £280 for transfer of deeds paperwork, received them but had to change some details, I can't speak to the right person, get put off continuously saying they will phone me when they can

SCAM company.
I mistakenly thought I was dealing with the Land Registry when I realised my mistake asked them to cancel my order multiple times. No response and no documents. £48 lost have now raised a case with my bank to initiate a refund.

10 days and no response other than taking my money. Not responded to my follow up email either.

I was in a hurry to get land registry information and didn't read Trustpilot first. My experience is similar to what has been reported. Initially the site looks good and genuine. You use the map to locate the land that you are enquiring about and write a descripion. You pay the fee and get a receipt very quickly. After 10 days I e-mailed to ask how long the process takes (no reply). I have now found the information out myself. I didn't realise the site was third party. There is only e-mail contact and no phone number to ring up and find out what has happened with your request for information. Please avoid this site.

Do not use this scam site use HM official site they sell same information half the price. Never received the requested information and now not replying to me refund request. Site should be shut down.

I had no idea there were actually 3rd party companies providing access to Land Registry titles and plans - I needed to get mine in a hurry so googled it, found landregistrysearches.com, completed the form.
Made my Payment £48 inclusive of VAT to Receive Documents via Email within their stated time of 10 minutes.

Quickly received confirmation of my order, but then nothing further. I followed it up three times over the following few days using their contact us form and email address - received nothing back at all.

So I'm £48 down and obviously still don't have the documents I need.

Wish I'd thought to look into it before buying.

Do not use this company, I paid £24 for documents that never arrived. They don’t respond to emails so I guess I’ve lost my money.
I eventually went to gov.uk and got the documents from there at a cheaper price.

Scam Scam. Just send me receipt, that's all. Avoid totally.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY . paid for title plan, they stated it would show boundries and t markings to show who was responsable for fences. What i got was nothing more than house with red border, no measurments, no t marking explaining who owns what fence. Have emailed them twice, no reply. Have now seen other peoples feedback and will approach my bank. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Total scam, wish I checked reviews first. Ordered and paid but as with the other reviewers nothing was received.
