Landlord Buyers do what they say - give you the chance to buy time when it's as important to you as money. Having dragged ourselves through 3 years of selling properties the conventional way in order to retire, using local solicitors who have no powers to force buyers to commit until months down the road to an exchange, (which more often than not take place on the same day as completion) deadline's for selling are never guaranteed and can cost months! My gut instinct paid off - our sale was completed in 6 weeks allowing us to move forward and commit to a retirement property we did not want to miss the chance of securing, waiting for the usual vagaries on the property market to occur.
