Peter was our first point of contact. He was great going through everything and we didn't feel pressured by him at all. The fitters did a lovely job, french doors, 2 replacement panels and composite front door with side panel. Cleared up after themselves as well. We did have a few glitches along the way where communication could of been better but everything was resolved so I wouldn't consider it fair to mark down on that basis. The quality is lovely and they are very reasonably price. So would recommend and use them again

We recently had 8 windows, 2 patio doors, and 1 front door installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was amazing — very polite, professional, and hardworking. They completed the entire installation in just two days and took care of everything from setup to cleanup.
One of the windows arrived with a scratch, but the team handled it immediately and professionally. They arranged a replacement straightaway and brought the new window the very next day. Their responsiveness and dedication to quality were truly impressive.
We also want to highlight Peter, who helped us choose the windows. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, guiding us through all the options and helping us make confident decisions. There were many opportunities to change or adjust our choices, and he supported us with patience and expertise every step of the way.
Everyone involved was polite, helpful, and committed to doing a great job. And the biggest thing of all — the price. We paid only £6,800 for everything, which was incredible value for the quality of work and service we received.
We are very happy with the results and truly appreciate the excellent service.

Peter contacted me last month because I was looking to replace my back windows and door and from the moment i fist initially spoke to Peter, he explained everything over the phone very clearly to me and sent me all the info on email straightaway. He advised and guided me all the way gave me a very good price but his service was so professional to the highest standards. Peter is a lovely person and made the whole process so easy from start to finish . I love my new windows and back door and compared to all other glazing companies Lancashire Glass stood out because of Peter’s immaculate customer care and service that he showed me. Everything was written in detail for example- what i was getting what materials were being used etc I am looking to change my front door and i know exactly which company i will be using to replace that too. Excellent service from start to finish. Peter the rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Within a few days the surveyor came and measured up. Within 3 weeks the fitters came to do the work. They were friendly and very thorough taking their time to ensure everything was right. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how the locks etc worked. They left when I was completely satisfied with the work. Would definitely recommend them.

Peter the salesman was not pushy at all. No hidden " promotions " or the like, just an honest upfront quote. Peter gave us time to consider all possibilities and didn't rush us. Peter was found to be honest and trustworthy.
The window fitters were very hard working and didn't stop. We had to force them to stop for cold drinks in this hot weather. They were very respectful of our property and tidied up after themselves. The windows and doors look fantastic and they do seem to block out a lot of external noise. Congratulations to you all for an absolutely amazing job and thank you.

From the initial contact with the salesman Peter to the installation everything ran really smoothly, constant contact and updates were provided meaning you always knew where you were. Installers work was exceptional and we were totally happy with everything.
