We apologize for the wait, on weekends based on the demand there can be expected wait times. We are actively working to onboard more employees for the high season , you may have seen a few training which unfortunately can slow the process down a bit as well. We do offer in store pick up , which you may purchase online and skip the in store wait. This is an option if you'r win a hurry, you're online account can have access to your same in store prices based on your email! We can help you set that up if you're interested. Thank you for your review, weekends can be a little longer at times due to the amount of customers in the store. We are actively onboarding new employees to reduce the wait and be prepared for the high season. ESP abajo - Hello while we do have long waits at times on weekends its due to the popularity of our store. Many people come and wait so they may take they're time exploring fragrances as most all our products are open to test. We apologize for the wait but this at times should be expected. We have 20 sales people on the floor helping and moving ticket along as quckly as possible. We hope our customers understand, you may wait - but we will provide the customer with the time and paitence to smell all the fragances they want when they're number is called in stead of rushing through people without providing proper attention.


Hola, aunque a veces hay largas esperas los fines de semana, se debe a la popularidad de nuestra tienda. Mucha gente viene y espera, así que pueden tomarse su tiempo para explorar las fragancias, ya que casi todos nuestros productos están disponibles para probar. Pedimos disculpas por la espera, pero es normal que ocurra. Tenemos 20 vendedores atendiendo y agilizando el proceso lo máximo posible. Esperamos que nuestros clientes lo entiendan; puede que tengan que esperar, pero les daremos el tiempo y la paciencia necesarios para que huelan todas las fragancias que deseen cuando se llame su número, en lugar de atender a la gente con prisas y sin prestarles la atención adecuada.

Nos decepcionó mucho ver una reseña de 2 estrellas. Hacemos todo lo posible para asegurarnos de tener siempre los productos en stock y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
