Limited product availability, inconsistencies across the product range, and a lack of professionalism in the preparation and presentation of samples are among the key areas requiring improvement. Along with other operational and commercial challenges, these issues negatively impact customer confidence, weaken the overall value proposition, and make it difficult to establish long-term customer relationships. Addressing these concerns would be essential to strengthening market credibility, improving the customer experience, and building sustainable business growth.

Erick thank you for being a customer for so many years. we see 11 store visits in the last 4 - 5 years. A few things, we are currently restocking and have many products available coming from the warehouse as we speak (being the season we had an overwhelming amount of wholesale order we are working on replenishing), all products can be viewed online as well. The testers, approximately 75% of our products are open to test, with the exclusion of luxury product like Bond NO.9, Creed, Tom Ford - this is due to the nature of the cost of these products, which we absorb to open as a tester. We do ALWAYS go out of our way to make customers feel welcome and appreciate. Such as your account, which has access to WHOLESALE PRICES. In order to access this you must purchase $200 per order. Your account has reached that amount only once in your historical orders. We hope these additional courtesy would be enough to compensate more than a 2 star review. We appreciate your honesty and welcome comments we can use to better the service to our customers.

Just one observation: they hardly have any designer perfumes anymore; now there are many more Arabic perfumes. I don't mean to say they're bad; many are spectacular, but in my case, I went as always looking for brands I use, and they're no longer there.

There was a lady that was there was helping me not the one that spoke Spanish, but the other one I didn’t it seems like she really didn’t wanna help me. I could be wrong, but this is how I felt and it was really strange cause every time when I go in there always feel welcomed.

Most likely she was just watching and learning the system rather than being directly involved with the sales process.
