Ordered a shirt and pants. Never came. I submitted a costumer service ticket and emailed but never heard back. They just took my money and gave me nothing in return.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I thought in the name of the holiest, they will not cheat customers. But that exactly is what they did.
Their sweet talk of Prabhu is standard has no meaning. It's to delay rather than help.
Ordered $250 dollars worth of idols etc. from them, Prabhupada statue came first and looks very bad. Patchy painting and their website states we can return anything without any questions asked.
On contacting them, they first delayed in reply. Then they said, they have to contact their manufacturing dept. There was no communication. Then I had to send another email. They said, they have validated and that's the way it is. The box had already been opened before I got the status. It mostly was a returned item to begin with. Now if I have to return I have to pay the postage and until the statue reaches them no refund.
I am not sure they will not play further games. They may even cheat the return too.
Additionally, they removed the item from the listing and sent back the picture I had sent as proof that they said it is so.
Very, very shady business. Don't trust. My suggestion is if you value your time and peace of mind, stay away from this shady business.
I plan to follow up with other federal authorities as well.

Shopping with krishnastore.com and their affiliates is like a game of chance. I have ordered from them several times and always they make a mistake with what they send, unexceptable. I also would not order from them again because their shipping is sooo costly. Let’s be honest India is very affordable and shipping that high is clearly robbery. When I sent them inquiries they respond however they don’t say the right things, like yes Prabhu I will call or look into your order and get back to you as soon as I can. So in other words they don’t know how to run a business as they lack customer service skills. Avoid this company and any other that is in conjunction with them. Hopefully this helps.
