Finished week three at ProKegel and the exercises themselves are solid—feeling a tad stronger already. But oof, the meal plans repeat too often and help-chat took 48h to just tell me to “stay hydrated.” Could be great if they tighten the support side.

Order 4546.Contacted them to return Prokegel and though it was shipped to me from CA, the return had to go to China. Minimum shipping cost of $32 from AR to China. They don't state this in their return policy or I never would have ordered it, SCAMMERS. They know you won't return it due to the shipping cost. The product never worked and contacted them within 30 days. Poor to no response. So only 30 day warranty?

Avoid this company – likely a scam.
I ordered a trainer and received a few so-called “gifts” with it, which were obviously included in the price. One of the items, a watch, arrived defective (it didn't turn on). I contacted them for a replacement, and they initially agreed. However, they later backtracked and stopped responding altogether. Poor customer service and deceptive practices. I would not recommend ordering from them.

They are selling an overpriced product with a vibrating element in a plastic cover. On the photo they show a remote control with digital screen, in reality they sent me a cheap plastic seat with a siliconed vibrating element that is turned on via a usb cable and an on/off button.

Terrible quality, unlikely to do what it claims
The product is of terrible quality, with my unit failing after three uses. After being sent a replacement I opened the non-functional unit... it appears to be nothing more than a standard electronic motor (2-3 dollars online), with a weight to unbalance it to cause it to vibrate.
I am very skeptical that it does what it claims, or has any scientific backing.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible experience with Prokegel. The product I received was defective and of very poor quality, a stark difference from what they advertise. The promised “gifts” are completely useless and unusable. Worse, I didn’t even receive the item I originally purchased.
Adding to the frustration was the unhelpful communication with Steven from their response team. Instead of addressing the issue, he tried to shift the blame to me, claiming I ordered the “wrong type” of product. His suggestion to either purchase another model with a “discount” or exchange the defective one felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The value for money is nonexistent; the product is not worth what I paid for it. I absolutely do not recommend this company and sincerely hope to receive my refund soon.
Avoid this seller at all costs!

The product was ordered 11/30/24. Now 12/18/24 the product is still in China. It's been nothing short of horrible experience. Customer service won't even reply about order. I bought with hope but that's fading away. I really don't know .about these reviews. Received the order today the package and box was destroyed. Used the product 1 time started making loud noises and quit after 1 use. I consider this a scam.

Fraud, don’t buy. I’ve bought Prokegel because there was written on the website that had an FDA certification. But it’s false. Fda certification in magically disappeared from them website when i asked.

As a follow-up to my previous review, I contacted the company to see if they could replace the remote. I heard nothing from them.
I then sent another email indicating that I wanted to return it. Again, no response.
I'm really starting to think that most of the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake.
