I ordered 6 different scarves. The colors in reality are different from those shown on the website. Also, not all the caps match the scarves in color. But the biggest disappointment is that all the scarves are completely see-through, even the dark ones. I’m unlikely to be able to wear them. This is definitely not premium quality. Also, this is dropshipping. So if you’re planning to order, don’t expect high quality. And the main downside is the transparency.

Item clearly drop-shipped from china although they claim it’s sourced in turkey. The seams aren’t the best quality and multiple threads have come loose. Not really worth the money. It’s upsetting to see a Muslim business be so deceitful.

I am disappointed with my experience purchasing hijabs from Klay The Label. This was the first time I ever bought “modal” hijabs, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown.

The moment I received them, I noticed how very low the quality was. The fabric felt awful, not soft at all, and definitely not what was advertised. It honestly did not feel good on my head — I have never worn a hijab with such poor material before.

Because of this, I wanted to return the items. I ordered six hijabs in total. I used one, so I understood that I couldn’t return that one, but I wanted to return the remaining five due to the quality.

A few days later, I received an email saying that I could only return the hijabs to the United States, even though the package was shipped to me from China. On top of that, I was told that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself (I live in Europe, so the shippingcost will be alot), and that 20% would be deducted from the refund for each hijab.

When you calculate all of that, returning the items almost isn’t worth it at all. But at the same time, I don’t want to keep them either, because the quality is genuinely bad.

I honestly do not recommend buying from this brand. This was a very disappointing experience, and I have never put something this bad on my head before.

Good modal hijabs but some of the colours don’t look the same in real life and if you want to return any you have to pay to ship it back yourself which makes it pointless bc it takes away from the refund price

I’ve ordered from Klay a few times now, and something I noticed is that my packages sometimes came from the US and other times from Canada. I was curious, so I actually messaged them about it. They told me they ship from whichever warehouse has the item in stock and can get it to me the fastest. Honestly, that checked out because my orders have always arrived pretty quickly.

As for the hijabs… the quality is honestly amazing. The fabric feels buttery, the colors look even better in person, and they drape so nicely. I’ve tried the big names like Vela and Veiled Collection over the years, but nothing has matched what I got from Klay. I wasn’t expecting to love them this much, but now they’re pretty much the only hijabs I reach for.

I ordered 7 Klay premium modal hijabs and honestly loved every single one. The quality is incredible — it’s the first time I’ve tried a hijab brand that actually sits perfectly on my head. The undercaps included with each one are amazing too. I also grabbed the Klay hijab magnets and they’re super strong, they hold everything in place so well. Delivery was quick too like 1 week to the UK. Overall, I’m really impressed with everything I bought. Such a great brand! 😊

AVOID! Poor hijabs. When trying to get a refund got a lengthy email on defence with terms and conditions and no attempt trying to rectify the issue. And then to charge a restocking feee which means you’re losing just under a quarter alongside the shipping fee. Poor customer service, very abrupt. Please do not buy, you’re wasting your money. I am quids out of pocket!

Loved these hijabs with the matching undercaps. Very soft and not see through at all.

My order came in 5 days as they shipped from their US warehouse just in time for my sisters wedding. I've used them over a dozen times already and no tearing or fraying which is amazing for modal. I ordered 3 hijabs and the colors were exactly as described/on their website. Their customer service was really responsive and helped me out with all of my questions like when I would get my order and the material of the hijabs.

I ordered 10 different premium modals. The hijabs are excellent quality. Each premium modal comes with a matching cap. You can chose between regular or mini size which I love as its quiet reasonable. The colors are amazing. Overall very value for money and delivery was fast. Can’t recommend enough.

Poor quality ‘premium’ hijabs that become frayed and tear after one use. Rubbish returns policy and unhelpful customer service. AVOID!

The color matches are worse than any online item I've ever purchased, the fabric is incredibly cheap, they make claims of sustainability but the items ship straight from a Chinese wholesaler to your address, and they only post your review on their site if you leave 5 stars. Deceptive business practices and horrible quality. **edited to add Klay attempted to remove this review as unverified. Even after I sent my order number they still lied to trustpilot & claimed I wasn't a customer, if you check their trustpilot profile they have also flagged all other negative reviews in an attempt to get them removed

Never buy from this website! Total waste of’money! The fabric of the premium modal is so cheap and unbelievably overpriced! You make the order in turkey, they send you the items from china, and you have to return them to the US! A cheap game of dropshipping!
It’s very well studied so that you don’t return the items, they charge you for resending (more than 30 euros in my case) and they take 20% of every item returned, so if you calculate it, you would always prefer to keep them! BEWARE AND DON’T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE…

Ordered a dress, the quality is terrible, this is an overpriced, cheap and nasty brand. Tried to arrange returns for over 2 months with no reply. Do not buy from this 'brand'

The quality isn’t what I expected—these modal hijabs are quite see-through. If you're looking for high-end or premium modal fabric, this might not be the best option.

Poor quality of scarves shown after one wash - loose threads visible on all the scarves I bought after one wash, I was expecting a lot more and a lot better.

i was really happy with the modal hijabs, quality and everything was nice, when i had a closer look ive noticed that one of the hijabs had 2 little holes just like somebody was already wearing it...

I ordered from them and they had sent to the Netherlands but I personally found the scarves too transparent so I sent them back. I had to arrange for the return myself and paid 25 euros for return shipping and now suddenly they send me an email that I also have to pay 27 euros for 20% return on every item that is returned, they never clearly indicated this. Terrible website!! NEVER ORDER FROM KLAYTHELABEL!!!

The customer service is really good 👍 as soon as I sent an email about some faulty Products, they send replacements fast. They send the products from China. The fabric quality is very good. The sewing could improve though.
