I was looking at an item put it in my basket next minute a payment had come out of the bank account for 205pounds without me placing the order I've tried multiple times to get them to cancell the payment no answer please don't have anything to do with this company I think there a SCAM

It’s now December and no refund for an…

It’s now December and no refund for an order made in August. After they contacted me only when I put my review here as they were ignoring my emails, I was promised a refund in 120 days. This has now been and gone and they are no longer responding to my emails. I have had to report to them. Scammers avoid at all costs.
No you have not tried to reach me or contact me. I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund and you have not responded. I have sent you 4 emails since 1/12/25 since that was 120 days since my purchase as you had said your policy does not allow any refunds prior to that. So writing in here your refunds take 5 days is shocking. Do better!

Bought a tshirt 3 weeks ago

Bought a tshirt 3 weeks ago, turned up but not what I thought it was from pictures and was too big so wanted to return. Been waiting 3 weeks for a reply back and still nothing so will see if this prompts it.

Absolute scammy experience. BEWARE

Absolute scammy experience.

I placed an order for just over £300. The items arrived and the fabric was thick, plasticky and cheap-looking, definitely not worth the price. I submitted a return within the 14 days and followed their own returns process.

Instead of processing the refund, they sent me a long email trying to push an exchange “free of charge”. I ignored it. A couple of days later I got another email from “Michaella” saying two of the tops couldn’t be refunded because they had “marks”. The photos they sent showed what were clearly stretch/stress marks from trying the items on, which happens with polyester/lycra when it’s pulled over the body. That is not damage and not misuse.

I replied stating that they needed to issue the full refund or I would report them to Trading Standards under consumer rights legislation. Suddenly, I got my full refund.

So yes, they will try it on with people who don’t know their rights or don’t realise that this type of fabric naturally shows stretch marks when tried on. Their material is cheap polyester and lycra, not luxury quality.

Know your rights and don’t let them keep your money. BEWARE.

I wear size 10/12 UK and order Large (as reviews said they come up small. They only just fit but are very fitted. Nice colours.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless - beware - sizes are completely all over the place and their returns policy out of date. I purchased to ensure I had the present for Xmas, but then they wouldn’t let me return as I was 1 day late (14 day policy). All other similar online retailers offer 28 days (Syenti) or extended periods over Xmas (Rains). Not Klayd - poor poor service

Absolute shit

Absolute shit.
No correspondence, only let me know the day before it was being delivered.
Only half the £445.00 tracksuite delivererd. Still no correspondence after emailing them twice. Looks like just a scam to me. Can’t call them. Absolutely useless.

I’m obsessed!

I came across this company by accident when I was looking online for crop tops/bralettes.

I liked the look of the ones on the Klayd website and so placed an order. It arrived and I was really pleased with the quality of the top I’d ordered. I love the cloth bags you get with the orders too.

Dispatch and delivery time was very fast also.

I’ve since order 3 more items and I have my eye on quite a few more.

Highly recommended.
