I bought an eye cream, but delivered ma an inferior product! Please do not buy from them!

Klarime.com is a scam.
Took my money and never received any product.

Please never order from this company. Red flag was on my statement not Kliarme but smilehoney, I reported it straight away to my credit card company fraud team. My card was cancelled. Lesson read reviews.

Totally fraud don't buy anything from this company said my parcel was delivered but it was not gave me a tracking number for post office but the number is not ligit it is time this company was caught out with the fraud squad

We were given a tracking number on 11 Jan, we have not received any product from this company. There has been no email with updates nothing. But they are quick to send more promotional stuff so we can buy.

I didn’t buy anything. I was on the website and I always read the “about us” category. Whoever wrote the description had no idea how to write clear sentences. That red flag brought me to this site. I see my gut feeling was correct. The Klarime website is highly suspect.

I had ordered their product 1 month before didn't receive yet. No feedback also. Don't buy anything from them. Its a fraud company

DONT BUY!!!! I was going to buy, but I was a bit confused... so I decided to dont confirm the payment and they even took my money.... I don't know if I will get my money back.

Company is fraud. Item says shipped yet has a weird French tracking info (I’m from USA) and there is nothing updated on the tracking info, it has been two months.

Recieved the item on 6/12/2022 the micro current facial toner doesn't work at all. I emailed them 7/12/2022 with no reply. Further email sent again 20/12/2022 with a reply of you are outside the returns date of 10 days.

A faulty item happens sometimes I get it, but ten days return when I live in Australia just before Christmas is poor. I won't ever buy or recommend this company to anyone.

It took almost 4 months to receive my order even though I paid for expedited shipping. When it finally arrived it was a Chinese counterfeit version of what is advertised on their website. Definitely a scam

This company has taken my money... I was just about to pay when I thought I would Google them here... So I decided not to go ahead..I shut the page down.. Then next I got a notification from my bank saying they had took the money! It's outrageous how can this happen.. I've emailed them..I went thro PayPal so praying they will get my money back for me! I called my bank to tell them how has this been allowed to happen...But I have to let them take the money that's in pending before they can claim or report it! I'll give an update too!

I bought a "PARISBEAUTY™ Mini Microcurrent Facial Toning Device" from Klarime and received it on October 30th (But I didn't try it right away). Because switching it on is very difficult and the lamps don't light up properly or the level of difficulty cannot be set, I sent a complaint by e-mail. The only answer I got was that since it was more than 10 days since I received the item (13 days!), I couldn't be helped any further! Very very bad service and I could have given away the almost 50 dollars :-(
