This company is a Fraud, garbage from China…they used my card info WITHOUT AUTHORISATION…which is incredible but real. I reported them to Mastercard and incredibly after exactly 1 month they delivered the product in a weird box. They also refunded me the money they’ve taken without authorisation so I’m definitely lucky when I read the reviews. But I have insulted them quite every day for a month. I will never order anything outside of Europe… Chinese area too risky too bad quality too much scammers I had to change my card for security and I never opened any links they sent me… NO TRUSTABLE JUST PASS YOUR WAY. F YOU KLARIME

Do NOT order from them. I never received my order yet they continue to spam me with “offers” of products your most likely not going to get delivery of. Complete scam.

This company is TRASH!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KLARIME. They will deliver the wrong product, will not answer your emails, and KEEP your money! I emailed them multiple times and all my emails goes into a queue, so it's never delivered. I provided them the date of purchase, 11/12, product name, and order number KLM64790. I received nothing from them. They are a trash company. Will never order from them again.

I have been sending emails to you with no response asking for assistance. I ordered from you guys in July 2023 and my parcel got lost in post office. I went to claim my parcel but I was told that only the sender can claim as they do not have any business with me. Please assist me.

Don't buy any thing from this company they are just scammers if you get anything it's probably wrong & they won't put their mistakes right

they sent the wrong product - an ear piercing ointment instead of a spray to soften ear wax and prevent tinnitus. After quite a number of emails they refunded the product but not the postage of about six pounds. They never admitted they had sent the wrong product despite me asking for that. The spray did not work either.

So furious with this scam store, I wish there is a negative button to rate this site!
I ordered anti cochlear blockage removal spray and they sent me wrong products piercing aftercare spray.
When i sent message first issue was delayed sending products compared to what was promise now the products are wrong!
Asking why my products are wrong customer service name Claudia told me they cannot do anything as 10 days passed.
Really giving a wrong products to customer!
Scammers for real , hoping to-report this store or link to avoid fraud transactions!will definitely dispute the amount i paid with this scammers and rest assured will share more reviews to all social media.

Ordered some cochlear ear stuff and when it came it was a spray for pierced ears. Emailed several time saying the wrong item was received, enclosing a picture of my order and one of what they sent. They are still saying that I received the right item. I am so angry ! STAY WELL CLEAR

I ordered this product and over 1 month nothing came through the post. I made a complaint and they told me it takes 15 - 20 days for items to be delivered. I kept tracking and to no avail.

I made a second complain only to be told my item was delivered! CCTV checked on the premises inside and outside throughout that day and there was never any delivery from Royalmail as they claimed. My money gone 🥲🥲🥲🥲 to online scammers. Be careful people

BE AWARE - I clicked on the product and the next thing I knew was, my credit card was charged! I wrote to the company and they told me that it’s some sort of glitch, which is not true! There are reviews dating back to the beginning of this year on Trustpilot, which says money has been deducted from customer’s accounts, fraudulently! Customer Service informed me that it’ll take 2-4 weeks for the refund to reflect in my bank account!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money on this BS, defiantly scammers for sure, $70 for a few small bottles of water, this company should be shut down

Absolute scam!!! Don't buy. Sent wrong product and they claim it was the right one even after I sent them proof. Says they can't do anything. Just pathetic. I would give zero stars if I could.

Absolut scam! For four weeks after my order nothing happened so naturally I questioned the issue. When I questioned it a third time all of a sudden their records indicated it was delivered to my mailbox that day, but you guest it, NOTHING! They take your money and hide behind the liability small print. Do not make the mistake I made and do not order from these scammers.

I ordered a Mini Microcurrent Facial Toning Device, in March, and I never received it. They also do not show a phone number for customer services. They sent emails offering other products and sent me a track number that take me nowhere. how do I get my $55 dollares.

I ordered from them twice. The delivery is too long around 1 month. I am going to test the products. The first one is a under eyes cream and it is very smooth and causes no allergy.

SCAM! Ordered 4 bottles of vitiligo spray relief and got 4 tiny bottles of moisturizing spray… totally different stuff, have sent them over 10 emails, they have been ghosting me. They only want the money, dont buy anything from them!
