Such a kind and lovely company so informative and so sensitive.
Sally came to collect our cat, and she was very sensitive and caring towards myself and very interested in hearing about my cats life.
Absolutely wonderful service and I hope its a very long time before we have to do this again, but when the time comes for our other cat I will definitely use this company again.

in a very painful time Sally was so understanding and sympathetic to our pain. Even though she was the last person to see our beautiful boy Riki, I felt better she was the one to lead him to dog paradise.

I really can't thank Sally enough for cremating Ty, my dog that I had for 12 years. She made a painful experience a lot less stressful, so for that I'm forever grateful.

Sally even came out to collect Ty on a Saturday from our home which is outside of her normal working hours.

I'm forever grateful to Kind for making the whole experience less stressful as I was panicking on Ty passing away at home. She even gave Ty strokes after he had passed away and took good care of him once she had collected him. Sally also reassured me that he looked peaceful just before cremation and they said a few words for him during the service.

Once the cremation was done on the Saturday, I received him back very quickly on the following Tuesday.

My son's beloved hamster passed away and he was devastated. We decided that having him cremated was what we wanted to do and I found Kinds website. I got in touch and Sally was nothing but helpful from start to finish - she kept me updated on when Franklin would be collected/when he was ready to be returned to us/when he would be returned. She did a little clay pawprint which was a really nice touch & my son wasn't expecting! This was included along with the ashes & cremation certificate, all beautifully presented in a lovely bag. Sally was a pleasure to deal with, and made a hard time that little bit easier. I would highly recommend Kind/Sally if you find yourself in the sad situation of needing to have a family pet cremated.

Sally was so good after we found ourselves in the awful position of losing our little Rocky. She collected and returned in person, had empathy and kindness and included a little clay footprint, ink prints and hair cutting. She made a very difficult thing that little bit easier.

I lost my best friend and soulmate on a Sunday after a few weeks of illness. I reached out to Sally as it was originally thought that he would pass on a Friday. But Duncan rallied and Sally was very kind and understanding. I then had him booked in the vet to visit on Saturday as he went downhill again. Sally responded very quickly.

Then, the vet asked me to give Duncan another 24 hours to see if we could fix his heart. Sally was, again, incredibly understanding.

By Sunday, it was obvious that Duncan was not going to make it. Sally was on hand and I was reassured by her coming to collect Duncan on Monday morning.
I have been beyond distraught and heartbroken. Sally's kindness has helped me in what has been the worst time of my life. She asked for photos of Duncan beforehand so she could see what he was like in life. She could see just how wonderful he was.

Duncan was brought back to me on Tuesday (today) afternoon. It is a relief to have him back and so quickly. I have his paw print and his clippings as well as a lovely handwritten note.

At this difficult time, Sally was a great comfort and I cannot recommend her enough. I just wish she had met my boy in other circumstances.

I rang around many places for my dogs cremation. Sally stuck in my mind for her energy and the way she spoke to me - no chase, no hard sell.

We drove and made a 3 hour round trip.
Sally was worth every penny - KIND.
She made the whole process easier and the fact its just her,reassures you that your loved pet is being handled by just her.

She is one of those human beings with with a beautiful aura around her.
We left with a big smile and our hearts much lighter.

Can I please just add if you drop off your beloved pet with Sally and are waiting - please drive to the neighbouring village of Cobham - in the village is Turkish Cafe they are the most wonderful people- walked in feeling very sad - but the energy is so lovely. Left with a huge smile.

Sally and the Turkish Cafe ( Cobham) is all you need on a day like that .

Amazing service very quick and absolutely blown away with the service I received

We said goodbye to our beloved Jeffrey on the 4/2. Unexpectedly and after 14 years it was the single hardest thing we've ever been through. Sally @kindfunerals agreed to accept Jeffrey and cremate him the same day. Alleviating my terror at leaving my boy at the vets. Sally made what was the worst day of my life, less dreadful. She was so kind, compassionate warm caring and genuine. She accepted Jeffrey on a Sunday last minute just because she understood the depth of the loss. She made the process as easy as it could be. Even allowing us to be the last people to touch him in this world. I cannot begin to express the loss and grief we are going through. But we had our boy back home within 24 hours. Sally is nothing short of an angel. We drove over an hour to get our boy to Sally and I will never willingly use anyone else. Please do yourself a favour at one of the most awful times and use Kind funerals, let Sally take care of you previous ones and help you to get through the process. Going to Kind, made the experience of cremating my furry friend bearable. I was pleased I could go home on the same day with my cat’s ashes.

Loosing a pet is so hard to deal with emotionally and Sally took this on board.
Kind was a little tricky to locate, though, don’t allow this to put you off.
I would certainly recommend Kind.

We lost our beloved rabbit Marshall suddenly a few months ago which was a devastating loss for myself and my partner. We found so much comfort from this service and Sally, who came to collect Marshall was amazing, she offered kind words, compassion and most of all she understood how precious our pets are to us even when they are no longer with us. Marshall was treated with respect and dignity as were myself and my partner. Sally came to collect Marshall the same day and he was returned to me in a beautiful case. The death of a pet can unfortunately be quite sudden and we don't always have the finances to pay for funerals up front but i was able to set up a payment plan so i could pay in instalments which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I cannot recommend Kind enough.

I have lost a number of cats over the years,
My 31 year old cat had to be put to sleep,
Took him to the very posh vets around the corner,
It was close to home and I didn’t want to upset him any further,
Had to stand there for 15 minutes past my appointment time, getting more and more upset,
Vet finally called me in to the room,
I laid my poor boy down, obviously in distress, both me and fatty,
Vet never said a word before just injecting him,
She then said he’s dead, and walked out,
I could still feel his heart beating,
No seat to sit on and spend time with him,
By this time I’m crying my eyes out and deeply distressed,
I just wanted out,
The receptionist called after me to say I could collect him on Friday, this was a Monday and I could pay then, they had my details, I had taken other cats for treatment, they proceeded to call me every day twice a day for the money,
I was appalled by the whole experience,
Now KIND was the complete opposite, a lovely lady picked Guinness up, she was kind and understanding, cared about our loss and it clearly wasn’t just the money she was interested in, she didn’t try to sell me an upgrade or urn,
And half the price of the crappy posh vet , that was just after the money,
10/10 for KIND ,
Can’t fault them, made Guinness’s passing was made so much easier,
Thank you to the lovely lady who picked him up, I couldn’t drive as I had been up all night with Guinness,
I know who I’m going to call when I lose my next hairball
