The team made the whole experience from start to finish really easy and I know they took great care of my pet. The ashes were hand delivered back to me in a lovely box with a touching card also. My pet was collected within 2-3 hours and the communication through out the whole process was amazing.

My beautiful boy left me recently. Leaving me heartbroken. After 15 long years of unconditional love. Its one my toughest time in my life. And my pet farewell, took care of everything from the first contact to the last. With great dignity and respect. Giving my dog the honour that he deserved on his passing

Picked up promptly but the return of the ashes took nearly a month,the return box was nice but the wait and lack of follow up to inform us resulting in us calling for an eta isnt great at a hard time.

The person that collect our dog was very respectful. I read a comment about not receiving a call when they are on their way, and I didn't but I was told a time and the person arrived at that time, so being called was not a problem. I received a call about my pet coming back to me, and I didn't realise it was through the post, but it was a secure overnight delivery, or £30 extra for your pet to be hand delivered back. The company was organised well and respectful. It was the first time I had to do this and they made the process easier. Thank you.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and understanding. Our beloved dog was treated with respect when collected and returned in secure and tasteful packaging. The firm made a very difficult situation as easy as possible. I should also mention that the cost was reasonable and although I did not have the money immediately available they were very kind and allowed me time to pay whilst still taking my pet away. I would recommend the firm to anyone who wants their pet to be treated with respect.

We would like to thank Mypetfarewell for collecting the body of our 14 year old black labrador retriever Boe, and carrying out an individual cremation. Malcolm arranged everything in a professional, caring way. We were impressed by Jason who was gentle and very respectful on this sad occasion. Jason also returned the ashes personally, which really impressed us. We are delighted with the black slate heart keepsake we purchased for Boe's ashes.

My beautiful emotional support dog Kiki passed away on the 08/03/2026, I was and still am beyond distraught. I was in tears when when I called my petfarewell, and spoke to Malcolm who was very patient and calm and allowed me to blubber my way through their procedure for collection and my wishes.
Kiki was collected that Sunday afternoon, and placed into a wicker baby carrier basket on a soft mattress, that gesture alone reassured me that she would be in safe hands.
Kiki was hand delivered back to me on the following Thursday afternoon. I received a phone call asking me how I would like her sent back to me, I said one way and then changed my mind, called back and said another which they totally understood and made happen. They will never know how much that small gesture meant to me.
Kiki was returned in a beautiful box within a box along with her cremation certificate.
Kiki's ashes have been scattered along the walk we did on a daily basis as well as keeping some in a keepsake box and 2 little keyring urns so that although she is no longer by my side she will always be with me.
Thank you mypetfarewell for making such a painful experience a little more manageable.

The guy was Very compassionate and sensitive to the lose of our dog Ruby who died suddenly on Sunday morning. He Explained everything in detail and collected her within a few hours. She was handled with dignity and respect and her ashes were delivered back to me, by hand, within 6 days. I would recommend this service

I cannot thank the team at MyPetFarewell enough for their kindness and diligence. I live at a particularly challenging address that often causes delivery issues, but they were incredibly proactive. They took the time to contact me personally to ensure every detail was correct so that everything arrived safely. Their communication was lovely, empathetic, and professional during a difficult time.
