Following an advertisement on Facebook for a sealant which I ordered and after a considerable wait the item arrived but was nothing like that shown in the promotional video advertisement. I contacted Kimberlydiaryvip asking for details of how to return and be refunded. I eventually received a response but it became very evident that this company have no idea whatsoever about the uk distance selling regulations. I was offered a 30% refund which I refused, I again pressed for return details and the refund was increased to 40%. In the end I countered with 50% which they agreed and which have now received. I would suggest absolute caution when deciding to buy anything from this company…in fact I would avoid doing so.

Bought a sealant after seeing a video on Facebook marketplace. Had to wait a fortnight for the product to be delivered and even then I had to collect it from a safebox, when it was meant to be delivered to the door. The product was also nothing like what it was advertised in the video. I’m awaiting a response from them. Beware of what you purchase from these and how long delivery takes. Extremely disappointed.

Don’t use! Just been conned into other purchases while checking out on payment . Hundred out of pocket due to con scam whatever you want to call it. Feel stupid bit also do out if pocked affects my budget and life. 🤬

The product I received was nothing like the advertised product that I ordered, after waiting ages I received a cheap nasty product that was nothing like the advertised one. Do not buy from this company.

Their advert showed a quality product. The deal was buy three knives, get two free, plus an additional deal for another two knives. I have just received 16 knives, all the same, of the poorest quality. Stay away from this shower of scammers!

I ordered a towel which was lost and never delivered so they would not send another one they would not give a refund and I would have nothing more to do with them scam artists avoid at all costs They do not take any responsibility

Do not buy cheap Chinese crap take weeks to be delivered and just total crap

Having purchasing super strong sealant, nothing arrived so tried contacting customer services to see why nothing was coming up on the delivery services web site and "you have no orders " showing on kimberlydiary home page and no reply from several attempts to contact customer services

I ordered a bonding sealant that advertises extra strong adhesive sealant. When it arrived it wasn’t the same product as shown in their video, it was a tube of bog standard silicone sealant I could have purchased locally for a fraction of the £19.95 I paid! When I asked for a refund they offered me 50% back or return it at my cost!!
Total scammers

I ordered 2+2towels and then when I went to pay some others things popped up and I mistakenly ordered these as well.
I emailed them straight away and explained what had happened.I didn’t get an acknowledgment, so I emailed them again, still no acknowledgment, so emailed them a third time and still no response!
Then I got an email to say the goods were on there way to me.
I would advise people not to order from them. The customer service is non existent!
I don’t know if I will be able to return them once they arrive.
I will never order from them again!!

I ordered a brush for nearly £16 it arrived after 3 weeks. I repeatedly emailed their "customer services" and received no response as to the expected delivery date.
The brush looked very different from the well produced and appealing advert!
It finally arrived looking cheap, lightweight and made of plastic!
A £1 brush from a discount shop was what it looked like!

Id give a 0 if I could. Ordered from them, on delivery there was a fault so I emailed them. No response. Several emails later they asked me to video the problem as evidence! As I was in hospital it took a while to do and did email them to say there was a problem doing this. Now they say I'm too late to complain, get a replacement or a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
