I purchased Andrex Supreme Quilts Toilet Tissue 4 Rolls from Sainsbury’s and one of the toilet rolls that I removed from the sealed pack looked like it had got mould on it - part of the roll was squashed with stuck crinkled layers of toilet paper with grey stains. Called Kimberly Clark customer service who were useless repeatedly asking me the same questions and offering a small voucher that can only be used instore and did not even cover the cost of the toilet roll. Have since switched brands and no longer purchase any of Kimberly Clark products including Kleenex and Andrex.
Poor quality not worth the money
I have bought Kleenex XL tissues for years. I have noticed for a long time that the quality now resembles the cheap tissues. They are so thin and flimsy now. Every time I take one out of the box the 2 layers separate as you pull.
I know there has been a lot of shrinkflation since lockdown and Brexit, but this is the first product I have noticed that has gone right down in quality. I am surprised that such a large company would produce something so substandard to their original product.

What, just WHAT is going on with Kimberly Clark products. The ANDREX toilet rolls just delivered in my shopping are no better than cheap two-ply brand that cost £1.99 for 4. ANDREX costs over £11, and they are as cheap feeling as the budget ones. ANDREX was thick and one could tell the difference in quality. But this what Kimberly Clark are churning out is utterly ripping consumers off. Will NEVER buy ANDREX again. EVER!!!
Want junk to blow nose on. Choose Kleenex XL that's NOW real junk
So, I've bought Kleenex Extra large tissues for decades, when people said pass me a Kleenex (rather than pass a tissue). Why? Because they were literally the best and superior to other products with 100 to the box. Now they are are A VERY POOR IMITATION of the original. Their only common feature now is their square area (perhaps!) Once called man-size and extra strong, with the all pertinent product details and information printed on the reverse of the box. They are currently an extremely poor copy of those from by-gone days. They tear in use and collapse into a mess if used more than once. The product details are now printed on the tear-away opening flap meaning that to be able to make contact or confirm details etc you have to either keep the flap (or be conned into buying another pack!). I am now searching through other makes to try and find a product that is equivalent to the robust original Kleenex.
Scott Tissue Not Even a Full Roll
My parents always used Scott toilet tissue while I was growing up, and I continued purchasing Scott when I had my own family. Since around 2015 I noticed differences in each pack of toilet paper I would purchase; it seemed as though Walmart had cheaper toilet paper in the Scott packages than Meijer or Target. Now in 2024/2025, you can barely get a full roll of toilet paper. This is ridiculous! Stop raising the cost and lowering the quality. I’ve had roll after roll like this, and I’m sick of it! Stop selling bits and pieces of toilet tissue.

Have you cheapened your tissues
Have you cheapened your tissues? Normally i find them really good when i have hayfever during the summer months but this year they seem to just disintegrate in my hand when blowing my nose. Why is it that prices continue to go up and quality of products seems to continue to go down?

Very poor quality product and not worth the money, it's not even fit for purpose that's how bad it is.
Extra large 2 pack tissues a disaster
Extra large 2 pack tissues have been of poor quality with lot’s of loose pieces coming out with pulling out a single tissue this has happened twice so far from 2 different boxes purchased from Asda , not nice having to clean up all these bits , Kleenex need to do some quality control checks on this product before sending them out to supermarkets.

I contacted this company 1 month ago with a complaint regarding their toilet rolls that only had perforations every 5 or more sheets. However, after a month they havent even bothered to contact me, very disappointing
Complete failure of Customer Service…
I cannot understand why a Multi National company (Kimberly-Clark) can have such a complete failure of Customer Service EMEA team to deal with post Brexit complaints and issues? I completed everything they asked for exactly as they requested and was promised a full refund by return. …. 5 months on - in spite of continuous communications with their team, I finally received a refund for faulty goods. Due to ‘Brexit’, it turns out that they were ‘unable’ to send vouchers by mail outside of the UK (returned to sender due to inadequate post & customs info!) and it took another 14 weeks to transfer refund via bank account!! Zero response from multiple calls to their ‘800’ number and to multiple emails and zero apologies. Abysmal customer service.

I am utterly disgusted by the service that I have received from Huggies Customer Service Complaints department "KIMBERLY CLARK"!!!!
Never in my life have I experienced such bad service, the way I did with this company.
I have lodged a complaint with regards to the diaper velcro tie that broke off every time I changed my baby, upon putting on the diaper and tying it. Which means that this batch was either a extreme poor quality or a manufacturing fault. I have followed their requirements of guidelines and was advised on multiple occasions that I did not adhere to their guidelines.
I have been using this product for the past almost two years now and this was the first time experiencing this issue, which raised concerns as diapers does not come at cheap price!
This morning I have received their correspondence which was as follows:
"Thank you for reaching out to us and for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Unfortunately, we were unable to efficiently process your complaint. The information that you provided was not according to our guidelines.
Despite repeated attempts from our side to reiterate the exact information needed in the requested format. We are, therefore, unable to process your complaint further and we will be closing your case.
We kindly ask you not to send any further information and photos, as this will not impact the outcome or affect our decision.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I am not sure whether this is their way of saving their company costs or if they just don't care about their consumers.
I am beyond livid about this, as I ran into a loss with this pack of diapers and cannot return to the store as it is a manufacturing fault, or so I've been told.
I will do everything that I can to take extra measures, as I refuse to leave it at this!
I am not an unreasonable person and would have understood, if this was done in an orderly manner, but my complaint was just bluntly dismissed. :e
Dry balsam tissues
I have been buying Kleenex extra large balsam tissues since they were first produced and have noticed with my latest box on special offer in Morrison’s’s and they fall apart and are dry and not of the usual standard and quality, I even cleaned my glasses to test for the amount of balsam in the said tissues and did Not make much difference to my glasses, when usually make a right mess of my glasses.
So another company putting up their prices and lowering the standards of their products.

Inferior Products
Over the years their Huggies and Andrex quality seems to be getting worse and worse. To me these products aren't fit for purpose.
Considering how much you make, I would have thought you hired product testers that picked up on obvious things like most of the products you sell are more inferior quality wise compared to your competitors.
Yet another company that puts profits before customer satisfaction.

I bought some Kotex pads from your company, I have hormonal problems but they were under controlled, and as soon as I used your pads my hormones suffered a drastic change, and I started to bleed in an exaggerated way with clots and pelvic pain, normally I use another brand of pads, but they didn't have any at the store, that's why I used the ones from your company. You should really take those pads off the market, you are damaging the female endocrine system. You should be brought to justice.
I read today that Kotex pads recalls were made a few years ago, I did not know that, if I had known this, I would have never bought this brand!!! You're probably killing people with this!!!!
