Still haven’t received my product this is a SCAM to anyone trying to buy from here. Placed my order on the 22nd of may and it’s June I still haven’t received it I’ve tried to contact them and the number doesn’t exist neither does the tracking

AVOID - sent out of date produce / food.
Asked for pictures which were provided.
Asked for out of date produce to be returned - clearly for onward selling once again as items should be going in the bin.

AVOID - out of date food provided and despite pictures to demonstrate this which were provided at their request, they then insisted on return begging the question if going to be sold on again. Poor communication and fortunately

If I could give a minus I would!! I asked for next day delivery and it took 4 days before company sent it and 10 days to arrive. When it arrived it was the wrong items - milk chocolate and I’d ordered dark as I can’t eat milk chocolate. Looked at the use by date and it only had a couple of months. I will never buy again from them. Bad mistake.

Absolutely brilliant, I never thought I'd see this memorable childhood drink again, until I spotted it on this website and it was such a great price.
The delivery was so quick, I couldn't believe it, the best bit was taking the first sip of my drink and being instantly transported back to being a kid and happy times with my dad, thank you.
I will be buying more as long as it stays in stock :)

Ordered £53 worth of sweets and chocolates for an upcoming awards night. I have so far received £15 worth of the order with the full order apparently beinh stated as delivered. Do not reply to emails and the phone number is non existent. DO NOT USE.

I placed my order on the 27th of last month, and today is the 17th and it still has not been shipped. The support team is not answering phone calls, and when I contact them by email, I only receive one automatic message per day. It has now been over a week and I still have not received any proper help or solution regarding my order.

We ordered and paid for express delivery only to not receive our order until 3 days after the latest date on the advised.

Never recieved my order or any response from this company after numerous emails

Paid for express delivery- but only sent as tracked 48 after a week - expected delivery was 2/3 working days
Product did not come in original box but placed in another - luckily items were not broken

Paid for special delivery. Communication was poor from company it arrived 2 days after the supposed latest date. It arrived different size to size ordered with no communication from them this was going to happen. All in all very disappointing

Great communication.Very efficient, friendly and honest service .

We received the wrong item and when we contacted the company they were unwilling to accept responsibility at first and then offered a mininimal refund for us to keep the item. We did not trust sending it back and getting a full refund as their Elemail messages were short and blunt and did not promote trust with the company. I will not use them again.

my parcel should of arrived on 1st may still waiting and can't get in touch the present was a gift won't buy from this company again.. service appalling

Was ok, just slow delivery. When bars of chocolate arrived they were all mixed coded and different dates on them. Also every one was broken so obviously spoiled goods from stores
Wasn't a big discount against other retailers though considering. So don't think I'll buy from them again

I was sent the wrong size product to what I ordered. Waited for over half an hour on the instant chat for a reply, I tried two different phone numbers found online to try and speak to someone one was it recognised and the other rang off. I’m still waiting on a reply from the email I’ve sent

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Kidzbuzzz. I placed an order that included both Mountain Dew Live Wire (24 pack) and Mountain Dew Voltage (24 pack), but only the Voltage was dispatched and delivered.

What’s unacceptable is that I was never informed that the Live Wire was out of stock before shipping. They chose to send an incomplete order without any notification, which is a very scummy and unprofessional practice. Only after I contacted them did they admit the item was out of stock.

It gets worse -_-" I clearly stated I did not want any replacements and requested a refund for the missing order, but they have since ignored my messages entirely. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and now no customer support.

Be aware: if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect this company to step in and resolve it.
