Nexd day delivery took over 7 day to come

Delivery time was much longer than advertised and was not made away that some of the bars are smaller ones

we dont get the iteam

Poor performance from this retailer, particulalry so lately.
I've used them multiple times over the past couple of years, initially they we fairly good, although did make mistakes in orders. But its really degenerated in the past 6 months.
They are relatively cheap but 3 of my last 4 orders have been incorrect when delivered, and the 4th took ages to arrive.
They are becoming very unresponsive, it can take many days to hear back from them and so far each more recent error has taken many weeks to get correct.
However, on the latest order, where half the items delivered were incorrect. I've now tried more than 5 times to get hold of them over about three to four weeks to sort this out and had nothing but a single response asking for confirmation of the order number, even though I had already sent this on the previous emails pointing out the error.
Don't expect to get what you have ordered, and if you are lucky enough to get it don't expect to have it arrive quickly or for them to sort it out if its wrong.
Very disappointing!!

Your prices are great! And would like to be returning customers but the downside is what happened with the delivery.. See, we paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive for 4 days! we paid extra for next day delivery so we really wasn't happy about that. We would have given 5 stars if that hadn't happened

I have recently purchased tubs of Quality street and Celebrations on the web site.I am very impressed that my deliveries were very prompt.As a chocolate lover,I have enjoyed gourging myself.I do enjoy chewing and eating the chocs,but have to watch my weight.First class company with first class chocolate.

Awful Service, product never arrived. When I contacted Evri, the parcel hadn’t even been sent to them. After a number of weeks they’ve finally said they are refunding me. Let’s hope they have and it clears in my bank.

Order dispatched then never arrived. Emailed but never contacted . Havent had an issue in the past

Poor service. Poor experience. Poor communication. ZERO communication in fact. Order not sent correctly. Emails & calls ignored. Avoid at all costs.

Arrived quickly and the driver actually rang the door instead of just dumping my parcel outside.
