Do not order from this company. We ordered a replacement part on June 30, 2026 for our children’s motorized Jeep. It took 6 weeks to arrive and they shipped the wrong item. I spent 10 days calling and emailing them and finally reached someone. They initially tried telling me the part would work and eventually agreed to ship me the correct part on August 19, 2026 — It’s now September 21, 2026 and I have still not received anything. They sent me a tracking number but they simply created a “shipping label” and never actually shipped the part or had the courier pick it up. I have emailed and called again multiple times and no one will respond. I will be contacting my credit card company for fraudulent and misleading advertising. Do not order from them. What’s so disappointing as well is they sell parts and items for children’s enjoyment — how disappointing to have a useless motorized car for 3+ months this summer.

The time in took to get parts was rediculous. I had to call and find out it fell through the cracks. They they said they shipped it but it sat with Canpar for 5 days before actually shipping which means they printed a label and did nothing with it. Service needs help.

Still haven’t received the part I ordered on August 2nd!… No feedback nor any follow-up on their side althought paid in full since then…

DO NOT ORDER FROM KIDS ON WHEELZ! Once you place an order and they receive your money, you will never hear from them again. They will provide you with a shipment number but never schedule the courier to pick up your package for shipment. There is no way to get a hold of them to cancel an order or request a refund for unreceived orders. They will not answer their phones, return phone calls or return emails. I would recommend to stay far away from this company.

Bike never arrived. No longer needed. Trying to get a refund for weeks with no response.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kids On Wheelz. I placed and paid for my order, and a shipping label was created on August 4, but the tracking continued to show that the package had never actually been picked up by the carrier.

I contacted the company multiple times trying to find out what was happening. On August 19, I was finally told they had opened a “lost package” ticket with their warehouse and were looking into the issue. Since then, I have followed up repeatedly and have received no further response, update, replacement, or refund.

What is particularly frustrating is that my payment was accepted, yet I have been left to continuously chase the company for information about an order that was never delivered. At this point, it has been weeks since the shipping label was created and I still do not have the product I paid for or a clear resolution.

Delays and shipping issues can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service after the problem was brought to their attention is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Kids On Wheelz.

Product ordered as shown on web site was not what was delivered. When I sent an email to inquire, no response.

don't buy from these people. they are showing different pictures of cars and sending different cars to people homes in the name of free shipping.

Si vous cherchez un service fiable, passez votre chemin. Commande passée le 30 juillet pour des pièces de réparation de VTT pour mes enfants. Leur politique indique un délai d'expédition de 2 jours et une livraison en 2 à 7 jours ouvrables.
Trois semaines plus tard, le colis n'est TOUJOURS PAS entre les mains du transporteur. On m'a créé une étiquette d'expédition le 11 août pour me faire patienter, et le suivi est bloqué à « Label Created » depuis plus d'une semaine.
Pour couronner le tout, le service client m'a confirmé par courriel le 10 août que la livraison se ferait « le lundi suivant », ce qui était complètement faux. Mes courriels de relance restent désormais sans réponse. C'est une gestion catastrophique et un manque total de respect pour les clients.
Entreprise à éviter absolument si vous avez besoin de vos pièces dans des délais raisonnables.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order online and paid for a specific, more expensive model, but I received a completely different and cheaper model instead.

I have tried contacting customer service several times by phone and email, but unfortunately, no one answers the calls or responds to my emails. Despite receiving the wrong product, I have been unable to get a refund or any proper resolution.

It is extremely frustrating to pay for one product and receive a cheaper model, only to be left without any meaningful customer support afterward.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and considering other options. I would not order from them again.

poor communication from company. when the ride on car arrived it was the wrong color. on top of that it arrived with a dead 24v battery. included charger charges it at 28v but after 12hrs of charging battery sits at 22v with charger disconnected and 14v with a load. very disappointing.

I never received my order. I called and emailed and nobody is answering.

If I could rate them a zero star I would. Long story short I ordered the jeep on July 22nd and it only just arrived randomly on August 28th. The first week it had not shipped yet so I reached out and turns out there was a defect with the red color I wanted so I switched to green. Had I not contacted them who knows how long it would have been before someone reached out. From that point on I had no tracking updates with the info I had. Tried daily to get in touch with them via email and phone calls. Might as well try talking with aliens as you would probably have better luck honestly. So the jeep finally shows up almost 6 weeks later….the box looks like it went through WW2 and was clearly opened and rummaged through and to top it all off it’s an ORANGE jeep. Not my original red or green but orange. Tried again to contact someone at this company and nothing but crickets. All I can say is I hope all the parts and pieces are there and it is of decent quality because I have absolutely no plans on ever dealing with this company again.

We have still never received the motor. And no updated tracking information and it has been almost a month

I was given an estimated delivery time of 6-12 days. It has been 21 days and I have no idea where my order is. My kids have missed out on almost a full month of using their car. The location I ordered from is a 25 minute drive from my house. This is a horrible turnaround. Please don’t offer free shipping anymore. I would rather pay for shipping so my order actually gets to me in a reasonable timeframe.

On January 3, 2026 we purchased a GIO Blazer 110cc Gas Atv online. The estimated arrival was 2 weeks. Our credit card was charged for this purchase on January 6th. I called at the end of January and got a person on the phone who said the quad would be here the week of February 5th. It did not arrive and since then I have called and left messages and no one returns my call. I emailed on February 26th and received a replay apologizing for the delay and that a ticket had been created and they would update me shortly. That is the last I have heard from them. I emailed them on March 4, 17th, April 7th, 15th, 21st and 23rd and again on May 6th. No response. I had let them know that I was reporting to the BBB. They did not respond to them either. Since then I have been emailing, calling and going on their chat. On the chat it said that our order has been fulfilled. It hasn’t. I have received no response again from the company. Worst transaction and business I have ever dealt with. Kidz on Wheelz, quad or refund now!!!

No update and the package is still not send a the last date it was suppose to be delivered
