Awful experience. Paid for next day delivery and they didn’t even dispatch it in time. Came two days late.
Advertised as “AirPods pro” what arrived are “earbuds pro”. Very misleading advertising including the photos used

Purchased the "Refurbished Air Pods 3rd…
Purchased the "Refurbished Air Pods 3rd Generation with Wireless Charging Case | 1 Year Seller Warranty | Repacked By Yesido". Paid for next day delivery @ £7.99 and the parcel arrived as promised.
However. These air pods are NOT Apple, notice how they do not use the word "Apple" in their description and call them "Air pods" instead of "Airpods". The items are sold as "refurbished" yet every part of the item is branded "Yesido" - Made in China. "Repacked By Yesido" gives you the impression that it is just the packaging were talking about? Very misleading.
When I contacted them to suggest these were not an Apple product at all, they responded by telling me they are "seller refurbished and seller replaces the under performing parts with best available grad A parts", well is this the entire thing then? None of the visible areas were genuine Apple. I would therefore suggest that this is an aftermarket product with MAYBE some genuine apple parts inside, which ones? Hard to know really...
They refunded me minus the costly next day delivery charge... No option to use Paypal or other payment options other than direct bank details into the website so no much option to argue what I believe to be quite fraudulent product and website.
£7.99 out of pocket and moral of the story, pay a bit more and buy Apple products from a trusted retailer!

alltogether a great product fantastic price sold by a very reliable company. the bonus is i saved £150
