Got an email from them info@ ketto .
org pretending to be iCloud and running a phishing scam.

I never got a feedback after my donation, but felt pestered with calls for further donations. Reputation depends on the trust you generate. Surely, ketto failed to gain my trust.

The advert sold it to me. I can't see suffering. Ketto is using these poor people to pull wool over donaters eyes.
They are using this money to advertise to lure people to donate. I'm concerned as after many years over the one donation I made I got a phone call from them now. No real charity calls to ask for more donation etc. BIG SCAM ALERT

I had made a donation through ketto.org once and after that I started getting call every end of the month saying some needy person needs a help. It's not about helping some one but the way you get calls exactly in month end . Adding to this the representative just adds a amount top of his mind , not one that we can afford 2500 ,3500 ( to get bigger commission obviously). Donation should be some thing that we do on our behalf with what we have . And another red flag is when I dug deeper in the support page the child care hospital mentioned there for further detail when searched on Google clearly shows its permanently closed. There are many scams going on these days I feel it better if I personally help someone rather than using online platform

Point 1 : They called me two times saying that i made a donation two months ago where i didnt make any donation. Except only last year or last to last year i made a donation of ₹2500 or so. And on this name they called for more money.
Point 2 : One time for the love of God, I sent money. It is like they are preying on my mind to give. After my first donation,they are constantly asking money when i dont dont have any !!!. Ketto go to hell !!!

I am monthly donor on ketto..but I am stopping it as I have started to feel that it’s a scam as my last payment s of Rs 2500 and Rs 2503 is not showing against the donations made for individual beneficiaries. They are asking for txn refn number sent through message which they never sent. Even after making donations they will show “only supporters can view the support list”. I have contributed money for the same cause and I am yhe support in this case even then same message.

i keep getting videos in front of me that show the people/kids who are suffering from various illnesses and that melted my heart. I made a donation twice or thrice.. after my last donation I thought let me check what is the net worth of the owner of Ketto. To my shock it was 195Crores (23Mil USD).. I was shocked.. Who am I to help.. I am just a lower middleclass guy.. the owner itself can help such people.. He is getting rich by our donations. Playing with our emotions. Please people.. don't get fooled emotionally. Yes there are unfortunate people out there seeking medical help, but let us not make this Varun Sheth & his associates richer by giving him our hard earned money.

I am sick and tired of this people calling me. Ruining peoples mindset of someone who genuinely wants to donate by spam calling them this organisation is fake I hope someone makes a legal case against this guys. Real organisation who are doing real work never spam call people I have donated in so many platforms but nothing like this one. Its like sales agents making calls trying to get a sale. Donation is something pure and people should do it out of their own will not you guys forcing people into paying when they are telling they cant afford at the moment

Dear friends,
Once I used this application for donation, for a needy person. Later onwards I am getting atleast 3 emails a day, though I have unsubscribe to these mails. I think using this platform for donation is right.

Donated once.
Wish I hadn't bothered.
Spam emails begging for money,
Spam phone calls , text messages and now just had a spam WhatsApp message. Stay clear unless you want to be hounded.

Ketto is taking disadvantage of generosity of the people to want to help other,Your are taking 18 percentage as a tip without adding any value.

They keep on calling and disturbing you. Worst people and organisation.

I am litterally fedup of thier calls, I am iritatted by the calls which i getting regularly, if a person stopped using this platform and the attitude from their end is too unacceptable, i have informed multiple times that i dont want to support on SIPs but still i am getting calls for asking "WHY...WHY...." TBH i lost trust in such platforms becuase of this behaviours

While I fully support the causes you represent, the relentless communication has turned what should be a positive experience into a source of stress.

This excessive outreach is not only intrusive but also counterproductive, as it discourages me—and potentially other donors—from continuing to engage with your platform.

One that respects users' privacy and boundaries. Donors should feel appreciated and respected, not bombarded with requests or follow-ups.

Until such changes are made, I regret to say I will no longer use Ketto for any future donations.

This is not social work or donations campaign. This is probably a scam. Calling multiple times for donations. Even after telling the person that I was driving, they insisted I park my car and make a donation. WHY? Just because I donated once out of sympathy and now you have my number doesn't mean I can entertain endless calls just BEGGING. THIS IS E-BEGGING. I had done my part by donating once whatever I deemed fit, but guilt-tripping and non stop calling- this is not crowd funding. Why are you so insistent on donations? Is it for the needy or is it going to your pockets? These are not social workers, looks like you have hired sales people who get incentives on any donations made. Pathetic!

Ketto is a business. They may be sharing a portion of donations received to the advertised recipient. I had made 2 donations in the past, and still getting calls often.

About a year ago I have donated £ 100. Recently I notice some money been transferred every month to an unknown account for over a year. Later I learnt that this Scam was committed by Ketto. then I have changed my bank detail to protect my account. Since, change of my account detail I have been bomarded with email and calls from US based phone Numbers asking for further donation so” THIS SCAMERS CAN LIVE A LIFE OF THEIR DREAM BEFORE THE CURSE OF OTHERS CATCHUP WITH THEM.

I would give minus stars to this scammers if I could. Recently I donated £150 to someone in need and they gave me the donation certificate of £150 however when I checked my account, they charged £177. I have been trying to contact them via given emails but seems like fraudulent emails. Team like you is an absolute shame to society who scams people using someone's miseries. Disgusting humans.
