They have peer to peer transactions and one out of 8-10 time they will block your payment for infinite time. Which means they will enjoy float of your fund by delaying your withdrawal. On peer to peer transaction they should block your fund only when there is a matching deposit. In case deposit fails for some reason, your fund should be unblocked and then you can initiate the withdrawal or they should keep your request on while they look for a matching deposit. What they do often is these : 1) They will put a 24 hours story and then 2) They will blame payment provider and banking system for delay. How cunning to enjoy float. Right now I have a withdrawal delayed by beyond 24 hours and they are blaming the banking system. When I asked for proof that they have pushed it to banking system they have none. Now let me share their bigger scam. One of my deposit was done from my side to the recipient through their platform. And they denied the deposit saying that wrong recipient has got the money. I have platform screenshot of payment page and it has the name of the person exactly where money went. So far I have lost that money. They are not ethical company. Customer service suck, with a special mention of Raj Kumar, I have not seen a bigger lazy moron in customer service. I have been in touch with their customer service over chat and email but same lame excuses and time buying tactics.
