recieved product and it wont turn on. Have email customer service several times, no luck just their standard response " we will get with you soon" . I will now be contacting my credit card company and hopefully get a refund . This company is a scam /fraud.
Avoid this company at all costs
I ordered this in November and paid extra for the quick delivery. It was a Christmas present and I wanted to make sure it got here in plenty of time. Well, alas, it didn’t! It still hasn’t arrived and we are into January already! When I chased them, about 2 weeks before Christmas they said it had been delivered by their courier. Of course it hadn’t so I went back to them and they said, ‘oh no, sorry - we meant it is still on its way…’. According to the tracking app, it is now at the 7th (yes, 7th) ‘routing partner hub’!
And now the customer service ( a joke in itself) team have stopped answering emails.
My suggestion - avoid this company at all costs or, at the very least, read all these reviews before doing anything.

Is this Kenzzi reporting my ad because they are too ashamed to pay out their contractors? Inbox is empty and bank accounts are waiting for payment. But you have time report an honest take on how you treat those who you contact for their reach?
Before this review is taken down, I hope no one here spends their money with such a scam company.

I ordered a 3 weeks ago and I have not received any updated emails on shipping. It was suppose to be 3-5 day shipping.
Don’t buy this product. Communicating with this company is impossible.
Company lies about order status
Placed order on the 25th and paid for expedited shipping. Never even received an email that the order was placed but card was charged. Item still hasnt shipped. I emailed support and was told that the item was in "processing and dispatch and was enroute to my location" then when I responded that I dont know what that means but if its shipped I need the tracking and asked to resend the email confirmation. She never resent the email confirmation then she responded that my item was on hold. I responded to cancel the order but have little faith they will do so given the poor reputuation this company has. I never would have ordered from them if I saw that they have no care for their customers or business reputation.
Update 12/09/23: they still have not shipped my item and are ignoring my emails to cancel the order and refund. Taking currency in exchange for merchandise and not providing the merchandise is theft.

I am highly upset with their customer service. I ordered my Kenzzi on Black Friday and received it within 2 days. It came in 3 separate packages with no return address. Of course when I went to go use it it will not turn on. Ive emailed them twice just wanting a replacement with no response. And I don’t understand why a company would not have a phone number you could call to sort out. I’m going to dispute this with my bank to get my money back because they are fraud!
NO Response on Defective Unit
Utter scam of a company. I bought the hair removal unit in 4/2021. Upon receipt, I plugged it in to charge and waited until the next day. It would not turn on. I tried charging it longer, with the same results. I immediately reached out to the company to initiate an exchange or return, then reached out several more times before the end of the return/exchange window. They did not respond to a single inquiry and they still have my money. I just sent yet another message to them (yes, years later!) and likely will get the same silence from them. Terrible company, terrible product!

Tax is not included in the price of the item. Items in the EU will get flagged and held at customs until you pay those taxes + the service to get them out of customs. They do not provide the receipt unless you ask through email and will leave you waiting for a while. Had to pay 62€ extra just to get the item out of customs. After asking if I could just return it and get a refund, they argued that a refund was not possible. The item is shipped directly from China with a price tag of 99€ instead of the price you actually paid, just a scam, do not buy here is my recommendation. What a great service you got there seriously... Just waiting for my broken hair removal probably now.

I've been waiting a week for a response. Please get back to me ASAP. I'm going to request my credit card be refunded. This is ridiculous. You don't even have a phone number to call you! It's been 3 weeks since ordered.
I had some issues with my order
I had some issues with my order, as some parts were missing. I emailed their customer service team, and although it did take longer than it should to resolve the issue, I have received the rest of my order and have started using it. I hope to achieve the results I desire using Kenzzi. Thank you Jill and Mary. I appreciate you both.
Edit: I’ve been using both the acne and age spot treatment once a week. I’ve noticed my skin has become a little more clearer. It’ll take some time but I do see the improvements and I’ve received compliments on my skin already. Someone asked if I was wearing foundation. They were surprised when I said I only had sunscreen on ☺️
Haven’t received it after almost a month
Ordered the Kenzzi a month ago and still haven’t received it. A tracking number was sent ti me after sending them several emails requesting this. After 3 weeks of no updates with the tracking number I spoke to the postal agency and was told that it wasn’t sent through them. I must have sent 20 emails already. And every now and again I get a reply from them saying that they are going to raise the issue with their shipping department, but have yet to get a reply. I have expressed my views on their service directly to them but they didn’t seem too phased by it. I have also asked for my money back but they said no. Please do not order from them!
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money, the product DOES NOT work and customer service is AWFUL. I thought I was safe because of the 90 day guarantee but they make you jump through hoops and then they stall so that you hit 90 days and refuse to give you a refund.

I purchased the Kenzzi and never used it and wanted to return it. I packed all the items in one box and had to pay shipping back of $20USD. A couple weeks go by and still no refund from the company or the product. I was sent a return slip and I packed up all the items in a box and securely taped it. I also received a tracking number. I contacted customer service, and after a week, they responded by saying they received some of the pieces of the product. I told them I secured all items in one taped up and secured box and received a tracking number. I tracked the box and it was received and signed for. I still have yet to receive my money back for the device. Now I am out of product, money, and $20 shipping. It screams SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I would not even give one star to this company! i purchased a bundle of 3 items and they were all dead. None of them were working. And were shipped with unsafe packaging which I think was planned so they could make up that it was damaged during the shipment therefore if you return they could still make money out of broken units they have sent deducting restocking fee or offer to replace using the warranty and most likely you would get another broken item that is not working!!!! BESIDES THEY WERE NOT WORKING THE QUALITY, MATERIAL OF THE PRODUCTS WERE SUPER CHEAP! THIS IS SERIOUS I HOPE EVERYONE READS REVIEWS BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. Do NOT purchase this item unless you absolutely plan on keeping it no matter what. I purchased and after reading the directions realized this was not a product that should be used in my situation. I made a request to return without using the item. “Sam” answered me that an order could not be canceled once it was received. I did not want to cancel. Wanted to return. He then followed up with the terms of returning were given to me including taking pictures for the next 6 weeks. Was not going to use the unit. He “hoped I would understand.” Really?! I just lost over $200. PLEASE be careful about buying this product.
Horrible company
Horrible company. I wish I could give 0 stars. I wish I saw the other reviews before buying. My device was defective and they wanted to request video evidence before issuing replacing or helping to troubleshoot. It was lighting up without being in contact with my skin. Very dangerous. I hate this company and I'm currently disputing the charge with my cedir card company. I really wish people would stop wasti g their money with them.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Followed the instructions to the max, for 12 weeks, and they promise results in way less time. Didn’t affect hair growth at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought the Kenzzi and didn't know it was back ordered for months. I tried to cancel and they conveniently said I couldn't and so they took my $ 259 dollars and gave me a worthless devise. Because I couldn't return without major fees I tried to use it faithfully. Guess WHAT, my hair is growing in as THICK AS IT EVER WAS AND ON MY TOES EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE. I have fair skin and black hair so it should have worked right? It's junk!!!!
Not worth the money
This product does not keep its promises. I have used it consistently (as suggested) even longer than 12 weeks. The results have been underwhelming. For me a weist of money!
