I just placed a $100 order and realized their empty bottles don't come with lids. (Strangest thing ever) I sent an email and their response is apologizing but can't do anything I need to place another order to get 2 lids, are you serious. Very very disappointed.

Owner said I could return if I didn’t like after 1 week. It gave me a rash. I went back. She says no refunds once it is opened. Can’t trust her word. I have told my girlfriends not to frequent the store any more.

NZ Couriers + PureNature behaving very badly

This is the second time I have purchased products from Pure Nature. Happy to report that my skin is loving the toner (rose water and lavender oil) the sandalwood cleanser (made from recipe) and my facial serum ( organic jojoba oil and geranium) is all totally worth it. About to make my partner a beard oil see how it goes! I have a put up a little video of my wins on insta not sure how to share one here?
