poor experience! messed up the order multiple times!!! not sure if they just don’t understand or pretend not to understand after detailed instruction and order.

Very disappointed with the quality, durability, and customer service from Kelme.
Approximately one year ago, I purchased a pair of Kelme Trofeo K-Leather football boots through Amazon, from the Kelme Store on Amazon. I chose this model expecting a high-quality and durable product, especially considering its price and the fact that it is presented as a premium/high-end football boot.
Unfortunately, less than one year after the purchase, the boots started to break and deteriorate significantly, despite being used normally for recreational football.
The situation has now become even worse. The boots have developed additional cracks and damage, and, most concerningly, the black material from the boots is now staining my feet black during use.
For a pair of football boots positioned as a premium product, I find this level of deterioration after less than a year of normal use extremely disappointing.
I initially contacted Amazon regarding the problem. However, Amazon did not take responsibility for the issue and directed me to contact Kelme directly.
I followed that recommendation and contacted Kelme by email, explaining the problem and requesting assistance or a solution. Unfortunately, Kelme never responded to my complaint.
This is particularly frustrating because I did not simply complain publicly without first trying to resolve the matter directly. I contacted Amazon, was directed to Kelme, and then contacted Kelme as requested — only to receive no response at all from the manufacturer.
I understand that football boots are subject to wear and tear and that no pair of boots will last forever. However, I do not consider significant deterioration in less than one year, together with the boots staining my feet black, to be reasonable durability for a product sold as a premium/high-end football boot.
I am therefore sharing my experience publicly so that potential customers can make an informed decision before purchasing this model.
Based on my personal experience, I am extremely disappointed with the durability of the Kelme Trofeo K-Leather boots and even more disappointed by Kelme's lack of customer service and failure to respond when I contacted them directly for assistance.
I have photographs documenting the condition of the boots and the staining caused during use, as well as evidence of my communication with Kelme regarding this issue.

Mala atención al cliente. No asumen sus responsabilidades en caso de compra online y que el producto no corresponda, quieren cobrar al cliente los gastos de envío, algo medieval. No merece la pena comprar en esta tienda, te engañan

Before you deal with this incredibly poor company and customer service, read the reviews first, because I didn’t.
I ordered two World Cup jerseys that were advertised as shipping within 1–2 days and arriving in 3–5 business days. That never happened. After 10 business days, I called and found out the customer service line isn’t even specific to the company, but routed through a general Kelme retailer support system.
Despite paying $15 shipping from CA to WA, my order still wasn’t shipped on time. I even reached out ahead of time asking if they could overnight it once I realized it hadn’t been sent yet. That request was completely ignored, no acknowledgment, no response.
Instead, they eventually shipped it via standard mail and stated they cannot guarantee when it will arrive.
Overall, extremely poor communication, misleading shipping promises, and nonexistent customer support. I regret ordering from them and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

I ordered a Bosnia and herzegovina jersey in may and the jersey ist even here yet. I writed Kelme and they said that my jersey is gonna come this week but it didn't come (since 25 May-Juni 23 ) I am very mad because it wasn't even versändet last week. Meine erfahrung war sehr enttäuschend

Ordered two t-shirts, waited for weeks, opened the package only one t-shirt inside? Customer service did not reply yet and the customer chat is a joke...

Extremely disappointing experience with Kelme. I ordered 4 Bosnia jerseys on the very first day of the pre-order phase because customers were promised delivery before the first World Cup match. That promise was not kept.

The package finally arrived on June 17, after the tournament had already started, and to make matters worse, only 2 of the 4 jerseys I paid for were included. Poor delivery performance and incomplete order fulfillment. I expected much better.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KELME USA.

I ordered merchandise on pre-sale with a guaranteed shipping date of June 1. They didn’t ship until June 6th and will not arrive in time for the World Cup. I ordered similar items on May 20th and those items were shipped and delivered. Why advertise pre-sale if it’s not going to happen? Will never buy from Kelme again.

Shit company. Ordered the shirt in april among the first ones when they announced it on X. Then promise was that those who ordered that day would be guaranteed to get the shirt first in line before world cup. Do not buy anything from them. They are just stealing your money.

I just got message that my shirt will come 16.06., 4 days after first game off Bosnia and Hercegovina.
From the first announcement off the sale a shirt, you promise that I will get it before first game.
I got a email twice, where you inform me about the same.
And now I can see that Kelme was lying all the time and not keeping what is promised.
For your firm was only important to get money, it is the worst thing what you can do.
For me this is similar as stealing.
All off us, we should write to Bosnia and Hercegovina football Federation and inform them about this bad treatment off us.

I wish there is 0 stars because they don’t deserve any stars at all. I have pre-ordered jerseys like most people back in April. May 22nd they send me tracking information with no updates. After a week of nothing I emailed them asking when I will get my jersey with only a generic reply. Then I ask them if I cannot get them by June 10th to cancel my order, next email was my cancellation number order email. While most people get their order, some were wrong some with bad quality. They decided to ignore me. Will not be buying from them ever, will rather buy knock off brands then the original

Pre-ordered the Bosnia and Herzegovina shirt 11th of April. Was promised Express delivery before the World Cup starts but they sent it with Economy. Shirt will now come one week later. What a fraud company! Don’t buy from them!

10.04.2026 I order the shirt off Bosnia and Hercegovina and you promise to deliver it befor World Cup starting.
Last week I got a email that you will send it this week but I still looking for it.
Temu is 1 mia time better. They keep what they promise.

You preorder a shirt for the World Cup, get a mail where they guarantee delivery before the World Cup… which is in two days, but no shirts. Just a lot of empty promises. Btw the shirts have been out for over two weeks.

Las zapatillas están bien, buena calidad y precios competitivos respecto a otras marcas. Pero sobretodo quiero poner en valor el servicio postventa de Kelme. Te resuelven el problema de inmediato, trato inmejorable. Muy satisfecho. 100% Recomendable.

Atencion al cliente nefasta e ineficaz. Recomiendo mirar otras marcas o al menos otra tienda.

Me veo en la obligación de escribir una reseña negativa en relación a la marca Kelme. ya que hice un pedido el 24 de noviembre y hoy me han hecho el reembolso del pedido diciendo que no hay stock. creo que en estas fechas se sabe que el pedido es un regalo para navidad y quedan dos días, por lo que han dejado sin margen de maniobra. Por eso escribo esta reseña. Creo que la gestión ha sido pésima.
