Such a wonderful experience.
I had a few old cameras and lenses that I was looking to trade in for a new camera and they were so kind and helpful. They gave me a great credit towards a new purchase with my old cameras. I was very happy and they were quick! I love my new camera. It’s in gorgeous condition!

Dependable resource for used camera gear. The lens came quickly and works great!

My camera came in in perfect condition - no scratches or even wear and tear. It works beautifully! Thank you!

The Nikon ML-L3 infrared remote control device with case arrived in good condition with an operating button battery. It works well and I was happy to find it at KEH since Nikon no longer carries it! Price was good and delivery was pretty quick.

I have ordered a few times from KEH and have been pleased each time.

I got a prompt in email but couldn't use it. I forgot my password. Since the prompt was attached to my email I couldn't get the reset and maintain the prompt.

KEH always has high quality products and great service. My first choice when looking for new gear.

Lens received quickly and is in excellent condition.

I ordered a used battery grip for my R6 MKII. The item arrived super fast, in very protective packaging, and the item is like new. This was my first purchase at KEH, but definitely won't be my last. Thanks for great service!!

Very much a bait and switch. They'll offer you an amount, wait till its shipped and received, then offer you roughly 60% of the quote 10 days later and claim its due to LCD burns or scratches. (My experience) When you ask for proof there is none. (I had my camera inspected prior to selling it.) By their standards my camera was considered excellent. Now that they have it in person, magically its at bargain.

And they hope you'll just accept being robbed over shipping it back and the possibility of anything being damaged in the return.

Genuinely recommend just listing your camera on vinted or ebay. KEH is not worthy.
