Camera and lens have met or exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a used camera and was told it would work great. From the get go, the camera was not was I thought it would be. The pictures all came out over exposed and the flash and replay button stopped working all together. When I called to ask about it, they said it was out of warranty (even though the website lists a 365-day warrant).

They offered no other solutions. I then asked if I could sell it back to them and they said "well if it doesn't work, we can't buy it." Therefore, I'm just stuck with a broken camera.

I do not recommend and will be telling the Chicago Photography School that recommended them to me not to continue with the referral.

Received a quote after zoom call. Got back an offer that was half after they received my gear, even though they were graded the same in both. Bait and switch on their offers. Beware

A great experience from start to finish!
This was my first time buying used equipment. I needed to replace a favorite lens that the manufacturer had now discontinued. KEH had several of the lenses in stock. I wasn't sure how to trade in my old lens, so I called them and they were very helpful. The process couldn't have been easier. They paid for shipping, gave me a fair price for my trade, even held the lens I wanted until the trade process went through. When I got my new-used lens it was in great condition and worked exactly as expected. I definitely recommend KEH.

Ordered used camera lens, looked after at details and found I ordered wrong one. Called customer service, customer service told me the item was already shipped. I asked for a return and refund. The box arrived, I didn't even open it and sent it back. Refund was issued but $32 short, KEH camera kept $32 dollars of $84, I didn't even open the box. And that was after speaking to customer service before the item was received and explaining that the item is no longer needed.

Bunch of scammers if ever!

I sent them a pristine lens and they low balled me, when I rejected the offer and asked them to send the lens back. They switched out my lens for one with mold on the element. Bunch of conmen. Buyer beware! how this guys get this high ratings is beyond me. Maybe on the buy side, but on the sell side, unscrupulous thieves.

I am so happy with the new camera and service I received. Quick and safe delivery.

KEH has gone so far downhill in the last few years from a buyer and seller perspective. Quality of gear I've bought recently has been inconsistent, but more frustrating has been the selling experience. Gear that was in good or excellent condition being labeled as bargain, with no notes or justification for the discrepancy and no easy way to get an answer. Their payout option is also ridiculous and so inconvenient, why not just allow direct bank transfer or PayPal? I buy and sell with MPB now, would not recommend KEH to anyone.

Excellent customer service. The item was in excellent condition as described and was sent, with all the advertised pieces with it. Wrapped with care, secure and it looks brand new. Fair price and I am glad I ordered from KEH.

Love buying camera gear with Keh. I bought a Leica M4-2 and Pentax 645 lenses, they were in perfect condition. I also traded/sold gear; great and fast service. I will keep buying in the future. 🙌
