I can honestly say that the customer service is second to none. I am visually impaired and struggle to use online ordering I know that I can contact Dylan by telephone at any time if I need to order products or to seek advice. He quite literally goes out of his way to be helpful and make sure that everything is going well with myself.

Prompt delivery, knowledgeable and friendly team

Great advice provided and the usual prompt service, highly recommend these guys

Can’t praise this company enough . My husband and myself are seeing a big improvement in our spinal pain since starting to take Karma Coasts CBD oil for a few weeks .

So glad I found Karma Coast!. Dealing with Dylan by phone or e-mail has been nothing but a pleasure, always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I’m only at the early stages of my journey using CBD but truly believe it to be the right one and definitely with the right people.

Service from Dylan was first class.

The product is as described.
Amazing Flavor, smooth taste.

Ordered laughing Buddha but was out of stock, Dylan called me and talked through an alternative.

Great personal touch.
Will definitely be a returning customer again and again

From the moment we walked in we felt right at ease, we were greeted by Dylan who made us feel right at home, he talked to us about the various products and what their benefits were, gave us some information on the company and how it all started. We talked to him about what we were hoping to get from the products and he recommended some which he thought would be beneficial to us, we purchased a few of the products which Dylan recommended and noticed a difference after taking it, you also have the option of subscribing which is great as this means you get your products cheaper. I would highly recommend karma coast.

Was recommended a product called ‘MYLK’ by Dylan from Karma Coast after a pretty brutal double tooth extraction which left my nerves in my face jangling and had twitching in my cheeks
Took 4 drops and within 2 hours noticed a significant calming effect and reduced twitching
I then took another 4 drops before bed and had the best nights sleep I can remember for a long time, woke up this morning with no twitching whatsoever and a general feeling of calmness
I’ve tried the cheap stuff so I was skeptical to say the least - couldn’t recommend this stuff higher - top quality

It might be a bit more expensive than other options but i promise you this stuff actually works. Worth every penny.

The experience I’ve had with Karma Coast has been a game changer. Their products have helped with focus, pain and sleep issues and it’s completely changed how I manage jet lag by helping me reset my sleep.
Magda and Dylan are helpful and welcoming and will talk you through any needs you have, giving samples and tailoring doses to work for your body.
Highly recommend.

Very good product, website and ordering on line not very elderly customer friendly, am still having to get my goddaughter to order for me each month! However I have found the personnel to be kind and do try to help.

Excellent service from Karma Coast..dylan and the other staff are always on hand for info or a chat about the products, Excellent service and products thankyou ..

Rare find indeed, great products and lives up to the reputation as described on the official web page.

Absolute top tier customer support and top tier products. I had a small issue with my vape pen and Dylan helped me out on the same day.
If you're like me and go through periods where you can't fall asleep and can't relax at night try their vape pens because they're fantastic for helping you wind down.

I had heard great things about this place for a long time so me and wife took the ferry over from South Shields and walked along to Tynemouth to see for ourselves. The place did not disappoint nor did the people. A beautiful space with wonderful products and very competitive prices for the calibre and quality. We met Dylan and his father (who was master-minding plans for his one joke world tour!). Dylan's warmth and knowledge shone through and we had a wonderful 15mins or so with him telling us about their journey and informing us about the different products on offer. He also kindly showed us the Karma Collective space for various therapies so I hope to return one day to see clients there as a psychotherapist myself. Can't recommend this place highly enough, these establishments and their offerings are rare and needed more than ever in our busy world!

I think Karma Coast is fantastic!
The premises are beautiful and have a real calming feel.
The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I purchased a pen and vape cartridge to try and help with chronic pain and since using there CBD I have drastically cut down on painkillers to the point that I rarely take them.
100% 5star ❤️

Just. Fabulous.
I emailed Dylan telling him of my needs and asked him if he could give a recommendation. He replied and sent the order immediately, with it arriving the following day. The properties of the product are absolutely spot on and give almost immediate relief.
Totally recommend.

Being someone who has been on anti-depressants for 15+ years, for my depression and anxiety, I wish I had tried this earlier

Iv know Dylan for years and I arranged appointment with him to talk through my currents issues

I was getting more stressed with a very demanding job and not getting much sleep because of it

So we talked through different options and what would be best for me with the tablets I’m on
Dylan gave me all the information I needed to give it a try for the first time

Wow 😮

1st night of trying it I slept like a baby!!!

My sleep has improved sooooo much and my stress levels have calmed right down

This stuff is fantastic

I could not recommend Dylan more highly
Very informative, easy to talk to and a great listener

Thanks again
