Order was placed and was received within 4 business days of order. Order was corrected and the individual pieces were each in their own bag and then those bags were in a plastic shipping bag. Quality appears to be as reported; however, it has not yet been used. Overall, I am pleased with the ordering process as well as delivery. I will have to update my reviews as to the actual product(s) once they are used.

Terrible. The hair comes with this corn chip smell and it’s super hard to get out.

Update: Customer service has since contacted me and helped resolve this issue in a timely manner. I am very impressed. Once the smell was removed the bundles were actually really good hair. They barely shed and it held a curl.

Shipment/delivery was fast. The package was very nice and I loveee the quality of the closure!

I received the hair late!!!! I paid $44.99 for expedited (2day) shipping but i was refunded the cost after the hair did not arrive. I was not updated with any delays from the company or usps. My hair was supposed to be to be on Friday May 7 and it didn’t get to me until Tuesday May 11th. I had to spend extra money on the day of my hair appointment because of this inconvenience!!! On top of that the hair that came had shedding, it stunk, the smell was HORRIBLE and the hair looked old and used!! It looked and felt like refurbished hair!!! Also, the bundles i received had waaay too many fly a-ways. It looked as if someone tried layering the bundles. So the quality of the hair I received was NOT good at all! I received a bad batch!!! I’ve received hair before that was beautiful and full and perfect!!!! so this was very disappointing. Also this hair looked more of a brown color than a natural black. I ended up returning the hair and I’m still awaiting my money back!!!! I had to pay extra money to print the label and even to Ship it back! This experience was the worst for me! A waste of time and money for sure! They have to do better!!! And the bundles i received were much thinner than the bundles i received before. Definitely contemplating if i will continue to be a customer. Not sure i will!!!

Great HD lace closure. Bleached well and no shedding. Melted well into scalp.

I love purchasing my bundles from Karma black, they have payment options to help support us ladies on a budget, and they have great quality hair. It definitely last for more than one hairstyle if you wash and take care of it, honestly I think it'll last about six months. Thank you Karma black for all you do to keep us beautiful 😍

Ordered a few bundles from overseas, shipping took a long time and I thought I would never receive. One day they did finally arrive, quality is good for what you pay for. So, I cant complain. Probably wont order again due to shipping times.

I just received the hair and I am impressed. It even comes in cute packaging. I can’t wait to get it installed! I will be making all of my future orders with is company.
