My Juvabun has beautiful hair. It looks and feels like real hair. The color matches my hair color beautifully. It only takes seconds to put it in and looks like I spent a lot of time getting my hair to look this great. I have been a cosmetologist for 55 years and know a great product when I see it. I've had great experiences with JuvaBun in the several orders I've placed the last three years or so. Everything arrived in nic packaging, and was every bit as good of quality as I would have hoped for. I ordered juvabun 3 times and 3 times my order was canceled by this company. 4th time, tried again. It took about a month to be delivered. When my order arrived it was NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED. I would like to return or exchange but getting a hold of this company is impossible. Have been on hold for almost an hour. No one's answers the phone. No greeting on the call. Emailed about my problem with my order, NO ANSWER!! This company is a sham if you can't ever reach customer Service!!
