I would have given a 5 star review for service as the communication and speed of return was excellent.

However the cost of the service each year is now not far of 50% of the cost of a new machine which is ridiculous.

I booked my analyser to be calibrated over the phone the woman said I can drop it off at Welwyn but didn’t tell my they don’t calibrate it there anymore needs to go to Manchester, I found this out after I phoned the flowing day asking where it is. So took 3 days to return losing to days work and it returned on a Saturday on my birthday so had to stay in until 1pm before I could do anything

that states "lifetime warranty on your equipment!!!!
I sent back a personal co alarm that was "faulty" the battery compartment cover would not hold the battery in place. I included a letter detailing this.

I returned the gas leak detector. that was also faulty.. detailing that new batteries would show dead after less than 2 min operation. that it would drain batteries when not in use and that the was also a battery compartment cover issue.

you demanded a large some of money on top of what I had already been paid..
the equipment was mis-sold to me at installer show by your staff. it was at the show at point of sale where I was told to return all equipment at each calibration, and I also discussed it this year with the staff and explained the faults where I was also advised to send them in..
you refused to fix under warranty and instead wanted allot of money double what I had already paid to look at them, and held onto the equipment.. and still had it at the point of me writing my TRUE AND ACCURATE review. you have since returned the equipment but refused to repair it neither under "lifetime warranty" nor under the calibration agreement..
and based on your blocking of other companies calibrating or repairing your equipment WHICH SHOULD BE ILLGAL AND TRADING STANDARD SHOULD INVESTIGATE YOU.. I now cannot have my equipment fixed nor use it.
you have forced me into a situation where I either loose £100s and buy new equipment elsewhere.. or pay you £100s to have "lifetime warranty" parts fixed.
that makes you a con company. and should always be avoided.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ANY GAS ENGINEER LOOKING FOR THIER FIRST OR A NEW ANALYSER, OR ANY EQUIPMENT TO AVOID KANE.. PICK ANY OTHER COMPANY AND CALIBRATE LOCALLY WITH A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST.

Reasonably priced, quickly done and easy to send off and return, turned around in 2 working days. Can’t fault it. A screw in the probe would have been nice though to replace the lost one.

Very quick turn round

The service was fantastic.
The turnaround time was fantastic.
Unfortunately communications a tad poor.
Received the black 358 set up to send to a printer and we use our iPhones and iPad.
We had to use google in the end and it was so simple.

Great communication and turn around of my analyser (sent in for recalibration).
Great service from initial call to return.
